on the way problems and freezes
What do you like best about the product?
How I can assign cases to myself and tag other coworkers on a case
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm in another status other than AVAILABLE, the bottom icon stays big and floats. It's in the way when I'm typing why can't it just stay small like when I'm on available status. Also, when I'm filling the categories and I'm trying to type in one of the category boxes, it freezes, or another category opens.

When sprinklr support is responsive and helpful for troubleshooting the backend of the tool and priorities our users experience. The AI advancements and regular updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the visual elements could be modernized or more effective and easy to use for end user and admin end

Social media automated posting and all in one place for multi posts on social platforms
Sprinklr has made content scheduling efficient, and hassle free
What do you like best about the product?
I love that sprinklr suggest scheduling hours that may bring the most engagement. This insight is helpful in strategically planning out when to make post that our prospects will see! Sprinklr is easy to use, navigate and learn even when they have new updates. Very beginner and user friendly software. There are many useful features to help with engagement analysis, visual processing, scheduling .And dashboards that allow you to make folders for content batching, easy to share amongst teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram Story uploads can be challenging to post with the correct sizing. Getting acclimated with sizing and how sprinklr post on different platforms makes it easier to edit or create post before uploading to sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr aids in keeping track of client conversations and social media marketing. Sprinkler helps to make scheduling content easier without the weight of utilizing multiple platforms at once, but combines it into one application platform to manage many social media platform at once.
Great service. Really easy to schedule posts.

The ease of scheduling and responding to comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base articles are hard to find and there's so much that isn't explained. Hard to learn new how to do new things and hard to understand dashboards and reporting.

Great for Professional Brands
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is great for compiling and organizing content from a variety of different social media platforms. Sprinklr also has reporting features to easily find actionable insights about social media performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
To my knowledge, Sprinklr isn't able to pull certain demographic data about your brands' social media audience. Some of this information is available natively on Facebook, Instagram, etc but unfortunately Sprinklr is not a complete one-stop shop for all social media reporting. However, it is a fantastic tool for posting, replying, and managing content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr pulls in social media replies and content into an easy-to-read format. It helps my ability to do my job efficiently.
Efficient Management of social branding content
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is clean and easy to use. Like the updates and information it gives on main page. Easy to use smart scheduling is a very unique and beneficial tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like not being able to respond to messages easily. When sent an alert about something that has to change from compliance or update, I cannot easily engage and message that person back directly.

Provides a direct content library provided by my company to access posts and articles to be able to market aspects of my business that would waste time to hunt for on my own or have to create
Sprinklr for Managing Global Social Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I find the managed services the most convenient and best part of Sprinklr. The platform is very robust so having someone from Sprinklr that has all the backend knowledge is very helpful when questions and concerns arise across the teams utilizing the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnover in staff. There has been a lot of changes in our team on the Sprinklr side which can make it hard to retain historical knowledge of our setup and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is our listening setup - we utilizing Sprinklr Service listening to help us keep up to date with our brand on social and key events we participate in.
Works fine just wish it had pre text read to insert

Pretty easy to use even though I don't have full access.

The Time outs that log you out.are to short.

It letting us text or chat with our customers to help make is easy for them to reach us, so we can help them with problems and scheduling appointments.

I love how easy it is to navigate the sprinklr system , I also love how customers dont have to repeat themselves when it comes to what they are chatting in about. The customer support behind it is great as well. Its very easy to use . Here at home depot we use it every day . Also the Features on Sprinklr makes it easy to navigate

The only thing I dont like about sprinklr is sometimes it can lag
