Sometimes translating in French, even though easy to use this could be fixed.

Ability to remain connected with customers from variety of platforms and allowing for employee punch-in. Advises how long I've been at work, and how long I've been out-of-work.

It provides provides a range of flexible cloud solutions, with customisations, smooth integrations, and continuous real-time monitoring of crucial contact centre. Sprinklr's team of trained experts to catered our requirements including services such as Inbound and Outbound Voice ,Live Chat Support,Unified Agent Desktop,Omnichannel Routing,Supervisor Console.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be improved by adding new features to make it more user friendly.

its quality and variety of services helps organisations to adapt to more platforms which are user friendly. the customer service is also on point.

there is not much dislikes as its a new ccaas based platform.

contact center cost will be reduced by integrating important factors.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is a true one-stop shop. Your Knowledgebase internal & external, customer contact history, quality assurance, canned responses, metrics, and more - it's all in one place. Plus you have a variety of platforms (i.e. phone support, chat support, email, social media, forms) with the ability to integrate additional support tools. The AI features are also wonderful and are very intuitive! It's very user-friendly and easy to get the hang of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using Sprinklr for a few months so I have yet to find something I really dislike about the tool. It's a great tool that truly has just about everything you may need with the ability to add on additional aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr has given us a true all-in-one tool. Personally, the AI quality assurance is the best part. As most of my position is quality assurance, I really like that each interaction is graded in real-time, we have the ability to set what we're looking for in scoring, and all scores are visible to agents giving them more of an opportunity for self-service.The knowledgebase is also a great addition. The ability to have both your internal and external knowledgebase all in one place is a great feature.

I like it because it is mostly helpful with integrating several platforms into one and multi managing several social media platforms at the same time

Based on the version, accompany buys, sometimes support from sprinkler is delayed and can take days to respond
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of having to bounce back and forth between several platforms and since everything is now integrated into one program, it is so easy to use.
