The AI attributes make life super simple
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the way chats fall in can be somewhat inaccurate

The AI generated notes makes my job a dream.

Lots of different functions, easy to view and manage.

Pre defined content could update a little better to reorder from most used - least used.

Efficient, easy to use, ease of integration, intelligent AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
American spellcheck is used, which is in incorrect in spelling at times for non american users.

Adding additional features is helpful

Active and idle chats are easy to be monitored

I wish Sprinklr can have a function for storing personal canned responses

Spinklr has the pro-active chat and Agent Nudges function, so it is a quick reference to define the problem and task

What do you like best about the product?
I find the responses are often quite helpful and informative, often times there is an outcome within the first response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opposed to the first answer, there have been experiences where the response has been drawn out and confusion created via the back and forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working on building new features to help us support our customers routing and connecting with out agents in a more direct and prompt manner

What do you like best about the product?
the amount of possibilities that sprinklr can adapt and integrate with other platforms to make it seamless and a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
extraction and filteration of data, for example if I want to only see the cases linked to a particular score/ result filteration options within widgets are not as much

more realtime data
ease of usage and ability to locate and drilldown cases easier

What do you like best about the product?
The information that we can create, pull for reporting, AI you name it, it has alot of potential and we can end up using the one system for most of the things we need as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting being broken or not correct, is frustrating.
Also our consultants getting more chats then they are meant too, with the answer always being they don't know or it is working correctly, when our people are stressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better system than our previous provider, has potenial for more

ongoing updates to platform and features
keys to the city, less restrictive than other platforms

Custom builds can take a while for tech issues to be resolved.

increase in volume of work. many automation features can be used to increase efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can create and generate a dashboard for multiple reports that I need at the drop of a hat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main screen is very cluttered and it's hard to navigate visually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alleviating the pressure on the in-person and phone staff by initiating, continuing and completing enquiries entirely online. The best part is the "not entirely live" scope of the system; where a member may return when they're in a better spot to chat.
