Best System to use for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I have used various systems, but this one stands out as the best for reporting, managing customer care issues, and community management. The support team is highly responsive when issues arise. The system is user-friendly, and its AI implementation enhances its functionality, making it versatile and suitable for everyday needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially when learning to use the tool it was a bit difficult and you have to fool around with it a bit to truly learn how to manipulate the tool but the fact that you can clone dashboards made up for that because if you made a mistake it didn't actually affect anything, you just delete and create a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Combining Different Channels: It brings all my customer support channels into one place, so I don't have to switch between different tools. This makes it easier to keep track of all customer interactions and respond faster.
2. Quick Issue Resolution: With its AI and automation, it helps get customer inquiries to the right team members quickly. This speeds up the time it takes to solve problems, which is great for keeping customers happy.
3. Detailed Reporting: The reporting and analytics features give me insights into how well we're handling customer interactions. This helps us see what's working and what needs improvement.
4. Flexibility and Scalability: The platform scales well with our needs, whether we have a few inquiries or a large volume. It's flexible enough to adapt to different types of businesses and customer service approaches.
5. Team Collaboration: It enhances team collaboration by providing shared workspaces and integrated tools, making it easier for us to work together effectively.

Delightful experience

The interface is easy to use, No bugs found till date, Multiple features.

Sometimes cases come late in the queque.

Sprinkler displays the issues faced by the user to us, then we reply to the user by using sprinkler's variety of options.
Some solid features but support is lacking
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr has a quick interface for seeing followers and/or post prerformance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support frequently knows less about the platform than I do. I regularly have to tell them thay "yes, the platform does do tha," etc. Sprinklr will change metrics (naming or similar) with little announcement--requiring updates to all widgets using the prior name. Example: when Twitter metrics were changed to X metrics, all widgets had to be updated to the "new" metric. The "new" metric should have been mapped to the existing, thus requiring no widget updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring of follower growth and specific post performance, as well as brand sentiment tracking.
Sprinklr helps me communicate with my guest efficiently and effectively.

I like that I can engage with guests on all social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it deletes my messages and making communication difficult.

Nuances Galore
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that everything in Sprinklr is within one platform. This includes both paid and organic, as well as engagement features. I also like that you can put creative through the approval process directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr, like any other automated API tool, can be glitchy and does not work as it is supposed to. It has unfortunately hurt a few of my campaigns because my reps were not on the same page as the client team.

Sprinklr Service has helped me to learn different features within the platform and building campaigns with ease.
Great for business and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is a great tool to use for businesses. It's nice ot have all soical media accounts linked and have everything post at once. I like the preapproved posts and use to post on all accounts. Very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some posts that I cannot post to instgram beucause it's an article or if it's more than one photo/videos. I can still post but it's just an extra step

Sprinklr is our core communication platform, all incoming and outbound interactions/cases are housed in sprinklr.
Pretty big learning curve

Everything is in one place - metrics, scheduling, ambassador program
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not intuitive. Creating a custom metrics report should be easier.
