It's fine but could be better.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to do a lot of specialty things usually platform-specific (i.e., tagging photos, extending collabs, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
constant password changes and too many options in the platform

We used to use Live engage for chats at my job, now we use Sprinklr, smoothest change ever.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI capabilites. Being able to incorpate that in my work is really cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sprinkler could have more reply sounds for chat!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a slower software before where this is much faster and the repsponse time from the Spinklr team has been amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
it's very easy to use and it's straight to the point and its help me alot as customer support , and it's include alot of featurs and it's very easy to Integrate it with all the Apps,

sometimes there is a glitchs with the dark mood while taking a calls

sprinklr help me to undrestand the case so quickly and how it easy to raise the request for the customer

There's so many features that sometimes things get unused, which is was more tailor and less clunked up

Trouble distinguishing new customers as they come in - no chimes

Like the user interface and the option to change your level of service

A lot of confusion about when new customers come into the chats. There is nothing that tells you that you have a new customer so you can be many minutes before seeing it. Not very good customer service.

WFM Support Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use this tool everyday and the various feature are great. The ease of use in this new tool is really remarkable and allows for quick updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of this tool for us was lengthy and cumbersome at times. Its still not where we want it to be, but we are slowly getting there and learning how to better use the tool everyday.
