Very complete tool with deep posibilities but not very intuitive to get started
What do you like best about the product?
The main upside of using sprinklr for me was to be able to manage every post of the company i'm working with in one place.
Before using Sprinklr I had to post separetly on different platforms, having to transfer documents to my phone, managing the different image format and texts.
With Sprinklr all of those issues are gone because you have one space with all of the social medias. Meaning I could easily post on different platforms and accounts.
It's a huge gain of time and energy, I also could get valuables insights thanks to the reporting tab of sprinklr, this is a very customizable tab where you could get reports and very important data on basically anything you would like (engagement rates, followers growth, audience demographics and so much more. All of this allowed me to easily and quickly visualize which posts were working well and which ones weren't.
This reporting tab makes all of the "statistics" tabs available on instagram, linkedin or facebook completely obsolete.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the fact that Sprinklr is not very intuitive. I had to get a lot of help from the articles that sprinklr created to help their users. It's not the kind of tool you can just pick up and use effectively, it requires a certain investment to discover all the features given to you. Even after several months I still figure out new ways of improving my processes.
In a way it's a good thing, it shows that the tool is very complete and can have a wide range of uses, however it also shows to be somewhat intimidating at first.
I also quite didn't enjoy having to deal with the support considering some of my tickets took weeks to be solved, and they were not very responsive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to quickly manage all of my company social medias in one place.
Meaning I didn't have to go through every social media to post on every single one of them which can be quite tricky and time consuming considering every social media has their different format or requirements (sprinklr helps a lot with this).

We can easily access the customer interactions and knowledge-base. Widgets are editable according to our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to access the customer interaction and knowledgebase. It can easily manage all customer interactions on a point. We can customize the reports according to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets auto logout after one hour if not using it.

We can edit the widgets and find the reports according to out requirements.
Great, versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprinklr can be tailored to your need. So it can always evolved based on the business need. One other thing that is great about Sprinklr is that it's FAST and really intuitive to use. Compared to the previous reporting tool that I used, Sprinklr is probably 200% faster. It also features the same metrics that I used on previous reporting tool. Customer support is also helpful and usually will get back with any question.

It's still early days for me using Sprinklr, so there's still a lot of error.

Sprinklr can show real time data that can tell us whether our assets are performing or not
Good For Aggregation, Lacking In Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It's good for collecting data from across many different social platforms in one place for visualization and response.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of innovation. For the most part, Sprinklr just updates how things look (often unecessarily) without actually adding anything new. I also dislike how unreliable sentiment metrics are, and we often have to do a lot of manual sentiment changes to get proper measurements. I also wish Sprinklr would integrate AI as that would severely cut back the time I spend doing manual analysis of data. All-in-all, I feel like Sprinklr is great for gathering data but does a terrible job at providing in-depth/insightful analysis that I can take to stakeholders without doing extreme data massaging.

Far Behind Compared to Other Listening Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The dark theme capabilities are nice so it is easier on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
- They do not have AI insight creators like Brandwatch & other platforms.
- Limited amount of mentions that can be pulled in without getting charged more compared to others that only charge by seating.
- Interface is glitchy and can be slow. Widgets can take a long time to load.
- Its difficult to clean data in the interface

Not really solving anything. It is making work more difficult by not immplementing new features, wheras competitors are improving their platforms constantly.

Best in assiting customers and canned responses are very easy to understand

Lag issue while switching to dashboards.

Sprinklr respond very quickly and resolves the issue
Easy to Use Program
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and utilize the many different options available within the program to support aggregating data for clients.

I have not had many issues. We have a subject matter expert on our team who is able to always help problem solve.

I am able to easily pull and track conversations about specific clients to pinpoint problems and address them in a timely manner.
