The new implementation of the audit checklist is really great. The account security is also approved. The the new AI intergratio is really good

It still gets logged out really quick, need to add more time.

What do you like best about the product?
It has various ways to find certain data for CSAT and DSAT analysis. In the care reporting option, we edit the widgets and find multiple windows for different regions. The case history option helps to find out, how agents adhere to the correct actions in the case. We can also stretch tagging levels from level 1 to level 3, which can help us bifurcate customer interactions according to scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has two pass-check (Password and OTP) for verification while logging into the account. Sometime verification code not gets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the rating report, we can find the exact NPS report and prevent the customer issues with the our platform. We can easly add the articles in the knowledge-base that can help for agent while taking live chats.

sprinkler services help in serving dynamic database knowledge with AI technology based on various regional information. Also provides accounting data at sherlock and easy search portals to collect the data information.

The sprinkler has the disadvantage of auto logout after every idle one hour

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Sprinklr to take escalated cases, get insights on previous cases, view post-case feedback surveys (CSATs) , and monitor my team's statuses for management purposes in addition to their weekly and daily schedules. It is also a great management tool for time off requests, which is integrated with Workday at my org. Sprinklr provides great insights to understand my team's performance and coach accordingly. Coming from another system for 6 years into Sprinklr, it prevented a bit of a learning curve, but I enjoy it a lot more. It was also very helpful to have an in-house implementation team to coach and train us to work out any difficulties or issues. Sprinklr is apart of my daily use and workflow and I wouldn't have it any other way.

-Insufficient drill-downs for viewing in-depth data

Getting more data insights for the company and customer support department and determining what drives our daily volume

Sprinklr is a great. I have not had any major issues out of it since its release.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send a text message to a caller instantly is great. Being able to send and receive pictures from caller and in chat is also very helpful. I use it for every shift to deliver customer support. It is very easy to implement and easy to use. The intergration of the product was seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being switch from one queue to another without notice. There is no way to know what type of interactions you are currently on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr service is very robust and decreases our interaction time with its easy to use features.
It partially does what it is supposed to, but it also generates enormous amount of unnecessary work

It replaces multiple tools, so I only use one
What do you dislike about the product?
It generates huge amount of unnecessary work. Instead of just making sure everything is ok with our social media, we spend hours on work that makes no sense.

Whatever they ask us. In most of cases, I am able to resolve their inquiries. In other cases, I know when to ask them where to go.
