What do you like best about the product?
It has a good chatbot that answers almost all customer queries.Its chatbot can collect valuable data on customer interactions, preferences, and behaviors that helps us decrease the high call volume. It is easy to add articles to the knowledge base, chat bot, and automation of emails. We can tap the case ID and find all the interactions of the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bot fails to answer queries when the user asks multiple queries at a time. For complex issues that require expertise that often goes beyond chatbot capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the service for chatbots and auto-responses for emails. We can easily add articles in Hindi, English, Tamil, Talugu, and Kannada that help us resolve or answer the queries of different kinds of customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr's best function is that all-region information is available in the knowledge Base and also helps in finding the cases, customer details and Sprinklr's platform is designed to scale with businesses as they grow and evolve, offering flexibility to adapt to changing needs, market dynamics, and technological advancements.
What do you dislike about the product?
one of the miner's disadvantages are its auto logged out in 1 hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is Manual handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, also manages engagement dashboards and operation dashboards, smart responses, and the Sherlock feature to find customer account details and verification details helps in Bot management and also has a knowledge Base to access the region details.

What do you like best about the product?
Spriklr has proved to be a boon for my organisation. Before which we used have a lot of workarounds to run email camapigns, too many manual outbound calls for marketing our services. After sprikler, all of this is not just automated but its being one in more targetted approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr as a product is amazing but CSM scrums in terms of product update and notifications will be highly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr has been helpful in terms of running email campaigns, live chat and IVR automation and outbound calling. All this used be done manually sometime ago. This solution has helped us digitally transform.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sprinklr is that it is a product with a suite of offerings that can cater to multiple industries. Each and every offering let it be Voice, Marketing solutions , everything has been curated with a lot of thought which makes the soultuin user friendly and results oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Sprinklr but if I were to knit pick the pricing is a bit on the higher side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Spriklr for Marketing automation at the moment. It has been very helpful in generating insights and running effective campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that its omnichannel and I can manage calls and messages in one inbox. I could also easily integrate it with SalesForce.

Implementation took some time and needed a 3rd party

It is helpful for most use cases when it comes to a contact center solution. I can easily manage my agent chats.

The fact that social listening can be handled by it. It is also omnichannel
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike about it. If I had to change something, I would make it less AI Powered and stick to the basics

It is a great way for me as a B2B business admin to track tickets.
It also helps me understand sentiment of my brand on social media
