Sprinklr helps address the main issue of consolidating all social media tasks into one platform. This includes managing content uploads, publishing, and analyzing social media performance, allowing for streamlined operations and more efficient workflow management.

Sprinklr is great because it combines customer service and marketing in one platform. Also, it is very user friendly.

There are often glitches while using sprinklr. it has scope for being more optimized.

It helps by putting all your customer interactions from social media ,email and chat into one place.it saves time, helps to respond faster, making it easier to improve their experience.

I use Sprinklr everyday to connect to my customers, and it helps keep everything organized. I can sift through my queues via platform, date, time, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is good in the tool, especially the Fundamento option, because we can find all the articulates along with training material. We can also add the PKT and TNI sessions to that option, which helps us save time and reduce efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
For Voice Player, we have to add the link that redirects to another tool which creates dependency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool that would save time while also protecting the data, as we could initiate the customer's refund after checking the secure authentication that maintains compliance standards. The availability of multiple tabs in the tool helps the agent to navigate the tool while communicating with the customer.

I have been using sprinklr for 3 years and it has been an amazing experience so far mostly we can help cx on all platforms from sprinklr.

sometimes it happens when the cases are assigned then they get unassigned automatically which I belive is not appropriate. Please fix this.

It is helping in many ways, like we can help cx from all platforms using single tool also it is great that canneds are already there to assist the cx in a short time better.
