Sprinklr is great, but not the most user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
How its fairly intuitive, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It bugs out often, and can be extremely slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps schedule social posts and relieves us of doing this as they come.
Easy-to-Learn Social Scheduling Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprinklr is nice to look at and simple to use to schedule social posts. I can see what the rest of my team is posting and analytics from other platforms all in one place and adjust my posting strategy accordingly. I use Sprinklr to post multiple times throughout the day, and it only takes a couple of minutes to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any problems using the platform, but there are a couple of features I think would be helpful - I would love to be able to view the scheduling calendar in different tabs with different filters on at the same time - I post to certain platforms, but would like to be able to reference the other platforms without having to go in and reset my filters each time. I also think it would be helpful if the post failed notification was a little more prominent, because it can be easily missed. Lastly, I would like it if content could be grouped together even if it's split among multiple pages to make the posting calendar look cleaner and be easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the posting process and keeps all posts and analytics in one place, which saves a lot of time for our marketing team as a whole.
Good way to have all campaigns from different platforms but many errors occur when creating campaign

They are always willing to help resolve any issues.

Issues arise before launching a campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a campaign or ad cannot be published, the rep helps to resolve it, and if they can't, they create a ticket to get it fixed.

I don't like how much the analyst's home page is full of unnecessary information that we often don't use right away.

Many problems were probably resolved from the sprinkler service.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use and to undertand even with multiple accounts and different brands to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service we acquired is pretty basic, having not many features as some of the other plans available. It's not that we dislike it, it's just not as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage a high amount of comments and messages on our social media accounts, which given the size of our brands is impossible to do natively.

I think it's helpful the fact it's all integrated to social media.

The page layout isn't really intuitive navigating.

Easy, Multipurpose needs some fixes
What do you like best about the product?
How I can see the performances across the social platforms in one and manage them too and very adaptive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fixes are needed in terms of reporting it can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No switching between platforms for the same accounts, ease of monitoring and setup of campaigns.
does not crash often, yet it could be better

it does not crash and there are lots of functions to be used
What do you dislike about the product?
chat is not so useful, it takes several seconds for pages to be loaded, shifting channels takes too many clicks and loading time

Chat is being replaced with other channels more convenient to use
