What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that sprinkler allows me to assist customers within my company in a timely and efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the delays in the form update when typing information in the screens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinkler is providing a bridge between my company and the customers that are speech challenged or simply unable to have a verbal conversation to resolve their issue
I think the platform is robust, but unfortunately plagued with poor performance.
What do you like best about the product?
Access to multiple platforms and the ability to bulk update information are my favorite features of sprinklr.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a lot of room for QoL changes. The one that comes to mind is being able to name my pinned tabs. The reason you pin tabs is so you can access them easily, but if you have lets say 4 pinned tabs, they all just say "Ad Manager" or someting which starts to break down the efficiency of locking the tabs to begin with. Furthermore, hitting the "back" button on your browser will move you back to the last page you were on, BUT will do so on whatever tab you're currently on. E.G. I have Pinned Tab A and B. If I start on A, then navigate to B, then hit the "back" button on my browser, instead of navigating back to A, it will just change my pinned B tab to Tab A........ Whats the point of pinning if this is the case?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No comment. I dont use Sprinklr Service hardly ever. Usually I just submit tickets.
Can be confusing
What do you like best about the product?
Since the update I love how the system gives the sequence of events and when they put the notes like a timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I have to fish around for the account number and is usually not in the same spot every time

Assistance with checking the social media side of the company and finding a way to assist
Works great for social media but not perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly working on improving the tools they provide. AI tools to help you think of new ways to write text. Updated looks to make sure you have everything you need in the same spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work closely together with the users before making drastic changes to appearance and how the system works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to have a place for content approvals and publishing. It also provides tools for managing audience interactions.
Great Service Currently with Still Many Future Opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate having a designated representative that we meet with weekly who serves as our point of contact with the company. It's great customer service. I also enjoy the product, which allows us to accomplish most of our publishing needs all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features that seem intuitive or are "no-brainers" for us users are sometimes unavailable or unfinished. One example is on X (formerly Twitter) as of February 2022 premium accounts are able to publish longer posts (4000 characters instead of just 280) and the solution we were presented with was that the post would just create a link shortener instead of opening the full text. Flushing out those product enhancement requests would greatly improve my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is making it easier for our internal team to organize and submit social media publications through our approval process.
Efficient and functional to perform the necessary tasks
What do you like best about the product?
From dashboards to analyzing results and the interface that is fluid with quick response to commands/accesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
About access to actions and visualization of the case that could be better distributed. The initial user of the tool has difficulty locating the actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in visualizing the support team's performance and measuring end customer satisfaction after receiving support.
Sprinklr for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is a great tool for monitoring comments, posts, and reposts on various social media channels. It makes it super convenient and is relatively easy to use. We also love the reporting and how it helps us manage our SLA.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have run into difficulties liking instagram posts via sprinklr and with our SLA reporting having errors but support is great and willing to help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very convenient to interact with our members and helps us stay organized and keep track of who is working on what and how we are engaging!
Not very intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
You can do a lot of things, like community management, social listening and social media campaign management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the easiest to dive deep into the social listening data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are monitoring social media mentions of our brands to risk/crisis management.
Very functional and quite intuitive

Your way of adapting to the work style, the way of verifying each report is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very occasionally the page closes and it is necessary to log in again.

Interactive communication with the client, and when analyzing the management of advisors
Enables me to keep track of social cares.

Easy to use and allows me to monitor social care comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to approve custom responses. Messages can get lost and it can be tricky to locate old cases.
