Its a very user-friendly tool to manage your social media
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is very easy to use and comes with a ton of very useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI of sentiment tagging could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us monitor and manage social interactions of our clients.
Love Sprinklr, would hate my job without it
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is together, I don't have to manage several tabs at once. I'm mostly in customer service and my case flow on Sprinklr is much smoother than when I'm on platforms natively. We really only go to the native site when we have to because Sprinklr is so convienient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the features I really want to use like adding internal notes or accessing the case history/case number from the customer's message itself takes more clicks than I would like. I wish I could add my own hotkeys and shortcuts myself too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr makes it easier for us to sort through cases and find the messages that need replies.
Most simplified agent console, easy navigation for agents
What do you like best about the product?
The agent console in the Sprinklr service is very user friendly for the agents. Handling and managing multiple cases are best compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is vast with extensive features, it takes time to be proficient with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User friendly rules to set automated chatbots to deliver messages without any human intervention. Saving time and efficiency.

It was easy to use software which has great features
What do you like best about the product?
The sprinkler is a best software to work upon. Multiple options are available which makes work look simple. Easy to download the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Everything seems great at sprinklr

To easily receive the client concern at one page and resolve it efficiently
Sprinklr as a software and service is really good and i really like all of the features it offers.

Creating a CS CC system for telecom. REally good for integrating other system with it.Customer support answers fast and correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really sure not spent alot time resisting all of it features so can't really tell.Probably not getting the swagger for all the API(only JSON). It would be easy to use them if we got all the swagger from
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integretating other system, the principle is very easy to understand and implement, external APIs. And the power of custom fields and its use in the servise.

What do you like best about the product?
The recently launched Generate Summary feature which reads the conversation and provide overview of the discussion about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading the data set restricted to 10,000 conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understading the Sentiment of the converations.
The platform is good, but there are points to improve when loading the comments.

I believe that the practicality of monitoring is the best point to be highlighted.

The platform's AI doesn't work very well yet, you could form a partnership with CHAT GPT 4.0

Mass communication about a subject, very good management.
Overall solid experience, but could be improved.
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly usefull managing multiple social media platforms including servicing channels like Instagram and X along with review channels like yelp and google my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random updates and really think a wrench into things. It seems like almost every update comes with a hiccup, and then when that's reported, it takes weeks or months for a resolution. Currently my team is sitting on an ongoing issue for a few months with new idea of when we'll have a resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all messages from all social media platforms in one place is a game changer. It allows our teams to be more efficient.
Sprinklr Service has been great!
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is very quick to respond and clearly eager to help any way that they can. They want to both understand your issue and have a back-and-forth dialogue on how to not only fix it, but improve the experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every company works the same way, so sometimes you have to go against the grain (so to speak) to accomplish what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're helping us respond to customers who reach out with questions or issues so that we can answer and resolve them in a quick and effective manner.
