Good platform, Okay service
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprinklr for many years now. The platform itself is very up to date and advance. Fairly easy to use and always evolving. The social listening is some of the best I've seen. I do really enjoy the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the technology is usually good, the service is constantly changing and there feels like a lack of. The recently restructured to give even less service. The support tickets commonly don't really help as much as you would think or their team doesn't understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is good at recognising sentiment and priority. Our agents receive cases from social and it's good at assigning high to low so we meet those high prioity first. The social listening is also good for reporting and seeing what trends we are currently facing.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr allows our company to pull reports easily on sentiment, engagement and response time which has made reporting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has taken me six months to feel comfortable in the system but our success manager has provided me with good training materials. He has also scheduled 1:1 meetings to help teach me the backend of Sprinklr.

Reporting on many users mention our organization's name.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a great relationship with my Sprinklr Sales and Account Reps - they work well together to make recommendations for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is a large company, implementing change takes time/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has integrated our departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Engagement dashboard that Sprinklr offers. I am able to easily put all the accounts and keywords I want to follow/ track and be able to engage directly on the Sprinklr platform. The only downfall is not being able to connect our company LinkedIn account and monitor that feed through the engagement dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to learn that I get overwhelmed with all the features and capabilities Sprinklr Service has to offer. They try to make it simple, but there's so much its hard to keep up and utilize everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service is helping us to better gain access to our customer and prospects social accounts to be able to engage with them.

The product is very easy to use and provides great insigts into our system usage.

There are not many issues that we have with the system currently. We are quite happy with it to this point.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that we can manage all the platforms on a single platform. We can create and manage campaigns, asset management, reporting and audience management on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
performance of Day or month wise is missing on ad manager.

Manage all different platform on one place without given single single platform access.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow creations are fun to create and playing with widgets. Its ease to use and like the new UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
API limitations that restrict alot of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kbase integration that's super time saver

I appreciate the level of customization and how messages link out to the native page or account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't filter or arrange queues just for yourself, that it has to be done for everyone, and I think there should be more ways to filter queues temporarily without having to go into the actual settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often have things pulled into our queues that shouldn't be there, and we often have to contact Sprinklr about that.
