What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr Service offers robust tools for managing customer interactions, but the learning curve is steep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr’s unified interface allows seamless tracking of customer conversations across channels like Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp. The platform is packed with features — from AI-based sentiment analysis to automated ticket routing — which help teams respond faster and smarter. Custom dashboards and analytics make it easy to measure performance, and the integration with CRM systems adds serious value. It’s built for scale and really helps centralize customer service efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps centralize customer interactions from multiple platforms into one dashboard. This reduces the time spent switching between channels, minimizes missed messages, and ensures we maintain a consistent tone across all touchpoints. Its reporting tools give us data to back QA insights and optimize response performance. It’s especially useful for tracking agent productivity and sentiment trends.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn, and it contains all the content needed to cover daily work activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
certain parts of the system have fixed options or are difficult to adapt to specific workflows.

Sometimes messages do not update in real time.

There are tickets that get "stuck" or do not close correctly.

It's good that chat and emails are together in one platform, I don't have to monitor multiple apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching is not so easy and intuitive. i miss the sent mail section. It would be good to distinguish the sounds of individual messages, receiving an email one sound receiving a chat another sound...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinkler handles all communication channels in one working window, but it has some loopholes.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very helpful in my role as a WFM. This application is very easy to use in day-to-day Job. In customer support it is very important tool and implementation is also very simple compared to other tools. I frequently use this tool in my WFM role to monitor the agent's performance and other stuff. This tool is having different type of features like download of reports and integration of reports and publishing is also very simple way I really like this tool. Overall, in customer support this tool paly important role.

there is a lagging issue sometimes in downloading of reports

As a WFM I really like this tool in pulling the raw data is very simple and back dated reports also available in this tool
