What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to access any of the features like publishing,reporting and engagement with helpful guidance to every options
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple ticket creation for same user which makes it difficult to monitor the exact case details of the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Option to like the comments or post on instagram via tool itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search with any available data you have. Additionally, It provides a user-friendly experience with the options to switch between tabs very practically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a bad experience but maybe automated reporting to the user can be good idea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboard related problems were fixed very quick.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr brings everything together, and there's no platform that can not be integrated within the system
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support can take a while to sort things out, and it can be a little bit complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings every platform together into one, allowing us to speak with customers in rapid time and overall making the phone lines less busy.

What do you like best about the product?
that you are able to manage cmapaigns from different platforms in one place, one interface, good customer support, and audience builder is amazing

it's quite slow sometimes and there are errors/bugs often and when there are errors they are not well explained

What do you like best about the product?
The trustworthiness of its data (e.g., several high-ranked media, extensive and powerful social media platforms) and the possibilities to mold data, add filters, use operators and configure dashboards in highly efficient ways. The newsletters are also amazing for quick monitoring and reaching stakeholders in a highly digestible manner.

Recently, they've added AI features. These are, in essence, working really well but need more fine tuning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The U.I could do with a revamp. One of the main stoppers for my team when using sprinklr is not understanding intuitively how to configure things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding conversations from main stakeholders, risk topics, business units, and many more.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the reporting's and tracking works exceptionally well. Being able to create customer dashboards and connecting it to external services like AWS S2 Buckets is really useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration process was slightly challenging as we were looking to add a lot of new features that we were missing from the old software from the start. But if you are Building from scratch, I doubt you would have this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having most channels connected to one platform for ease of access and being able to track productivity and tracking cases from one platform.
Being able to get more in details insights that offer better indication on how the Call center is doing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can create niche dashboards and take out specific data according to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature like example the tonality of the "comment" can sometimes be picked up wrongly by Sprinklr. That's normal as it cannot understand human sarcasm and connotations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is helping me understand the net sentiment, tonality, conversation themes and giving me data using which I can make brand reports. The automatic Macros help a lot and saves time. Seeing the historical cases section helps me understand the user who commented even better and take better decisions to action the comment.

What do you like best about the product?
The continuing innovation, very often the platform gives us updates on the new functionalities which gives us insights on reporting. The platform, once set, appears very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes random bugs appear and make it just a little bit harder to do our daily functions, but the Support Team has always managed to solve them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing great insights on both inbound and outbound posts which helps us immensely in creating insightful reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is super quick with replies. They are clear and comprehensive in the ways they work. I like that they even go beyond by offering to help over a scheduled call. There have been several cases when we had challenges with dashboards and the service team fixed it within a few hours of notice. It is indeed delightful. Their expertise is commendable... the team is technically very sound surely.
What do you dislike about the product?
During phase 2 of implementation, we would've liked some more assistance on building dashboards. We did reach out to the service team but they recommended we go for a higher paid plan. Some more time during training phase would've helped us.
