What do you like best about the product?
All platforms in one screen help in day to day work
What do you dislike about the product?
To much issues with connections with custom audiences and influencer posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating tickets but almost always the solution is to re add the account and page

Easy to use and learn! Very simple but useful tool!

I don't see good Japanese setup for this. Hopefully it will work very well for Japanese one day.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and detailed information of the post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social listening is only limited to X for Malaysia
Sprinklr Support is not tailored based on different clients and require lots of back and forth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there are any data fetching issues/discrepancies and interface issues, they are able to solve quickly for data reporting.

It's great to have a platform where you can manage, post, edit and remove your social network posts through different platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the analytics tab, however it would be useful to have more detailed data regarding the results of the posts

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr allows our company to manage customer messages. Messages come from different channels (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, X, multiple email inboxes). With AI integrated into it, everything is done to ensure customers receive professional and fast responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the "erase message" button that's near the "send" button. Sometimes, when you miss click, it's a problem. Otherwise, no negative points.

A good and complete publishing tool

What do you like best about the product?
On the publishing part it is easy to use, I can create a post and assign it to an author, a campaign, I can select to publish it across several accounts at once.
From the editorial calendrar I can use the filters to quickly find a post, I can also copy or delete a post.

For KPIs on the campaigns, I like the reporting side that has a lot of possibilities and widgets to create dashboards. I like that I can create a custom metric when I need it.

It is easy to learn, I use it daily in my work and am able to teach new coworkers how to use it.

The set up is easy as it is a web application (it can work without being connected to any other app - we just log in from a browser) and there is the mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
My collegues told me about issues on the Advocacy part (not the easiest to edit) and how the support doesn't really help.

Some of the metrics on the reporting side don't work anymore but are still available, we need to be careful when creating or using dashboards to avoid false data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps to have an organized editorial calendar for a global company. This is very useful to have a global view of what is being done on the company's accounts. Given how every country and business line wants to promote its topics, the targeting function is a lifesaver when there are 150 publications per week.

The advocacy platform is also useful as corporate communications are less pushed forward on social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The workbench is an intuitive tool—I'm able to navigate it easily and locate everything I need without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still find the Sprinklr services a bit complex and have trouble understanding the differences between each one.
