I like its simple UI and UX, which makes it user-friendly.

So far, there is nothing I dislike about Xoxoday Empuls. All I can say is that there's always room for improvement.

The problems that Xoxoday is solving for me is the reminder of birthdays and milestones of my colleagues.

It also allows everyone to choose from a comprehensive rewards portfolio, catering to different needs and choices.

Nothing as such. Pretty happy with the overall offering thus far.
The UI/UX could be slightly swifter for a more incredible experience. Also, Keep adding more variety to the rewards portfolio.

It is helping us solve employee engagement and recognition in a significant way. It's a great product that helps build teamwork and promotes networking amongst different teams across geos. Besides, it's equally rewarding at the same time and maintains a vast Rewards portfolio to choose from.

Visibility of recognition on each employees across the businees platform. Also sharing options for teammates is anothr best thing i found on this.

Giving reward is a difficult process and navigation is not very smooth

Frequent reminders and notification help us to keep up to date.

Its not easy to reward users using UI and share that over the office email system with leaders.

What do you like best about the product?
Great User Interface, its very user friendly. Easy to understand. Self understandable. Good enough options from all verticals. Good help section and well documented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think bandwidth on the server should be increased, it would help in reducing the lag which will again increase the user friendliness. More options should be given on the user side for more use cases.

Helpls me in connecting with people from different domain and verticals. I can know their birthday's and achievements. I can appraise teammates. also can receive appreciation.
