    Pricing

These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The platform is intuitive and educational. The information is clear and objective, facilitating decision-making and allowing a good user experience.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There have been instances in some prize redemption requests where there was a delay in delivery, requiring a ticket to be opened.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Facilitating employee recognition processes. Allows the company to achieve the goal of recognizing the employee in a simple and effective way.

    The best thing about Xoxoday Plum is its versatility and the wide array of options it offers for employee rewards and recognition. Whether it's gift cards, unique experiences, or personalized celebrations, Xoxoday Plum provides a comprehensive platform to make employee engagement a breeze.

    It's hard to pinpoint something I dislike about Xoxoday Plum, as my experience with it has been positive. However, one potential improvement could be expanding the range of rewards and experiences even further to cater to a broader spectrum of employee preferences.

    Xoxoday Plum simplifies the process of rewarding and recognizing employees, making it more convenient and efficient for both HR teams and managers.     The forum that has been created to provide feedback about employees, also recognizing peers and forecasting their skills, has further inspired peers to work more inspiringly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The forum should be easier to understand, like explaining how xoxo points can be used and how transactions are done. Basically, a better way to understand the usage of xoxo points.
