The customer support is highly responsive in resolving your queries.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Xoxoday Plum is a great tool, the following things can be improved...
- instead of having to go through multiple pages (with 12 gift cards each page), it would be much better if all the gift cards were listed on a single page for easy exploration.
- when you select a gift card from the mid-page and go back, you are taken back to the first page instead of the page you were on last.

I'll say, Xoxoday Plum has simple and immediate gift card redeemption process, and it provides me with the flexibility to select from a wide range of gift card options.

Many choices to choose and flexable to redeem whatever , most importantly, the expired time is enough long

no on call support when in trouble, i have to open a ticket to get some one

The campaigns in xoxo code. I can send vouchers based on the same.

Nothing so far. Everything in plum looks amazing

My experience was good. Easy to understand to redeem points.

Good thing is, it has many brands and even you can use points online like amazon, flipcart.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service was very good, they were quick to respomd and very helpful, right through to resolution. I would highly recommend using them in the future and I would also be happy to use them again in the future.

There weren't any dislikes that I can immediately think of; the customer service was excellent and quick to respond, so there were no flaws on this occasion, which was good.

They helped me receive a gift card that I was due for participating in a recent competition. They looked into this query asap and ensured that I received my gift card as promised.

The speed of responses and support and good. Xoxo also comes with a spread of gifts spanning many products
