What do you like best about the product?
The products present in the xoxoday Plum are good and We get the desired products from this site and get the good quality products on time and on the best prices.

Nothing, Every product is nice and of good quality.

We get the desired and extremely good Quality products form Xoxoday Plum and It help us to provide the good ranges of quality products on the best prices and on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like their range of gift cards. Earlier the choice was limited and complicated to chose from but now its a lot simpler to sift through and I have user trust now
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have tech issues, however the CS is active and troubleshoot very quickly. The problems are usually when you are withdrawing the cards and get and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday Plum is problem solving the issue of getting gift cards from a trustworthy source online so they can be used by the user or as a gift and in my case its the former.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly admire the overall working model of Xoxoday as they never fail to deliver what they promise, be it the endless 24x7 support, resolving customer queries, and even taking follow up on solved issues etc. The segregation of direct email to reward recievers gives control and avaoids nearly all conflicts. Another reason I am fond of this service because they have made the rewarding system very smooth in corporate world. These gift cards can be easily issued in the name of employee recognition in the form of rewards and incentives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside I ever faced from their end up until today, I have been at both ends, the reward reciever and the reward sender. In both scenarios, I have had the most hassle free experience yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made the reward management procedure a piece of cake, as my organization rewards employees with gift cards on various ocassions to celebrate both personal and professional achievements.

During my time at Infosys, all the employees received INR 5000 coupons as part of the annual performance bonus.
The best part was that all the major e-commerce platforms were partners of Xoxoday plum and I was able to redeem all the 5000 points successfully.

What do you dislike about the product?
The email we received from Xoxoday Plum seemed like a phishing attempt from Hackers so many colleagues within the team escalated to the Security team.
Also the UI in my opinion was quite basic and not upto the mark. I found it very cluttered and the experience wasn't enjoyable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big Organizations require such platforms to promote employee well being by rewarding them for their work. It is any day better to use such platforms for small amounts than paying in cash since the employee doesn't have to worry about taxes as it isn't linkedIn to their salary accounts. Organization also gets benefitted by exposing the app to their employees in the form of data being shared between them.

The reward catalog has thousands of gift card options and does not charge any processing fee.The products are user-friendly and easy to navigate. They have wide range of options that can be easily redeemed.

The inconsistency of currency conversion rates, the different business models are very confusing, including the pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and operate, with no hassle or difficulty encountered. There is a great variety of brands and products to choose from when redeeming rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, users do not receive their redeemed rewards by SMS or email due to system glitches or errors. But the customer support was rapid in resolving those issues.

Utilizing Xoxoday Plum delivered not only convenience and time savings but also significantly improved staff retention and recognition. It is a useful platform that is effective and welcoming.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using empuls, and I like how the points lapse each week, so I have to use those points before they expire. This creates a situation where you are bound to notice and appreciate the small roles your colleagues play in making your life easier. Also, the features where I can borrow/lend the points to anyone who needs it. This is a really great feature that ensures the points are not being wasted.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my complaints with Empuls is that they recently removed the option to convert the points into cash. It used to have an integration with the Paytm wallet, which could be used to cash out the points, but it is not available anymore. Also, the Amazon gift card has been removed. This is a bit annoying as Amazon is one of the most used shopping websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls really helps to build a positive and constructive work environment where each & everyone can contribute through it by simply recognizing and appreciating your co-workers. Of course, fetching bonus gift card value from it feels great! It helps you stay motivated to work hard by incentivizing your efforts and encourages aco-working attitude amongst the teams.
