We have been using Xoxoday integrated with Zoho Empulse for our employee engagement and reward distribution, and the overall experience has been quite satisfactory. The platform makes it easy to distribute points and vouchers, and the redemption options are diverse enough to keep employees motivated.
From an admin perspective, the setup with Zoho was straightforward, and reporting features give us clear visibility of usage. The interface is simple, though there is room for improvement in terms of speed and expanding local redemption partners.
