My employees appreciate being able to contribute their funds to these vouchers to make more significant purchases, thereby enhancing their satisfaction and autonomy. I find the credit card transaction fees with Xoxoday problematic, as they charge a 3.5% fee. This fee often discourages me from using my credit card for transactions, forcing me to rely on NEFT instead. If there were no fees for credit card transactions, I would be more inclined to make more transactions.
