Best way of recognize or reward process for organisation and multiple option to redeem the points.
What do you like best about the product?
Very happy to getting rewards through xoxo points and easy to redeem multiple online shopping in this Penademic situation. Kudos to each and every one directly or indirectly involve such nice program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Term & condition should be more clear. As per my past experience with Apolo Pharmacy,still my coupon unused with the merchant.

Amazing app to to deliver happyness by reward employee or get rewarded
What do you like best about the product?
It feels so excited and and happyness when you get rewarded or when you reward somone else. Also it become more valueable when you have multiple options to converts your rewards points in number of options of biggest online murchants like Amazon or Flipkart. I like Empuls in XOXO manner :-)
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that i couldn't liked so far, but it would more helpfull if we could use it for direct shoping like on petrol pumps, shoping malls etc.

I've been rewarded multiple times on Xoxoday Empuls, and the best thing is i converted those points on my favourite online murchants.

Xoxoday Empuls is extremely helpful in connecting with colleagues across the organisation. It also provides information on birthdays so that you never miss wishing any of your colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, but it would be better if updates on new groups created by colleagues can be circulated promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewarding employees with vouchers, providing feedback to collegaues, informing the entire organisation regarding trainings, events etc.

Perfect app to enable the employees share appreciation and leaders to recognise the talent. It is easy to use and integrate. Easy to share and choose different awards and appreciate colleagues.
Best platform for recognition
What do you like best about the product?
It gives an open platform to recognize their peers and allows companies to reward their employees. It allows other people to also look at folks being recognized, thus internal team recognition becomes publicly available to other colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part of converting the points to gift cards/shopping is a little difficult. It's a little complicated from UX terms. Also viewing the accumulated points is also not that direct. We need more platform options for redeeming our points, something like swiggy, zomato etc

Recognition of Fellow colleagues is achieved through xoxoday Empuls. We have immensely enjoyed the facility. We realized this helps in employee retention and also makes employees understand that they are being valued by their peers.
Hassle free platform and Unlimited choices with XOXO
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of choices for the redemption of XOXO points. The whole process is as seamless and hasslefree as it can be because of the integration with the internal employee platform. There is no need for creating different login accounts and that's a huge plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The value of the gift coupons is in fixed denominations which often leads to non-utilization of certain points. There should be a facility for filling the value for any experience/ service chosen so that any person could redeem as per points they have.

Gifting to employees while giving them personal choice to choose from a variety of vendors. One platform bringing various brands and options together thus saving a lot of time for corporates.
