What do you like best about the product?
We can appreciate, reward our teams, colleagues, higher authorities at single place. It is easy to mention appreciations, give away the rewards and also to redeem the rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I happen to have had a good experience with this platform to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appreciations over mails get lot, but not with this platform.This platform takes the appreciations to all those users on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the variety of reward options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to technical difficulties vouchers are at pending status for a long time and one has to contact customer service to activate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving employees reward points and credits and letting them choose and buy what they want!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please reduce the technical issues

What do you like best about the product?
I love the options for gift cards. There are a lot of choices that are usable and of interest to me and my family. Very easy to view the pages of the website as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did notices some has expiry dates to the vouchers, I was confused about this. However the customer service team got back to me in the right time to resolve it before the end of the day that I was wanting to use it (movie voucher).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing is needing to be resolved right now for me, thanks. The benefits are that I can hold on to the credits on my account until the day that I want to use the voucher, and I look it up 'on the day', in case I change my mind to another vendor.

Good platform for appreciating the contribution of team members

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to appreciate team members is a really good feature. It provide employees with an option to officially appreciate, thank and reward good contributions.

In addition, the option to encash rewards into gift vouchers is a good one. This option contains gift vouchers of top brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool requires us to login on a regular basis to keep in touch with updates. Unlike social media apps, this is not a heavy engagement centre. Will be interesting to see the product having better integrations/chatbots that can improve engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the tool to appreciate fellow teammates. On some occasions, I use this to find out about birthdays and work anniversaries of team members.

Also, since this is the tool for Rewards & Recognitions, I use this tool to encash rewards.

What do you like best about the product?
The vouchers which I get from my organization, can be used anywhere (shopping, electronics, etc.). This range of options makes me happy. Additionally, the variability of amounts, which one can redeem, gives more flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Travel, there is a minimum amount on Yatra, which I use the most. So, most of the times, I couldn't use my vouchers there. Things can be improved here, by making all options under all subclass (like travel), without a minimum amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving vouchers to the employees so that one can use it according to their needs, rather than using it at a specific place. It will make people more satisfied.

There's no user guide & hence you wouldn't know how you're faring with others in your organization in terms of engagement also no guidance on what you can do better to achieve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with the entire organization because in times of employees working virtually across the country, there's limited interaction & that's when Empuls assists with establishing the interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very convenient platform that is an in one employee engagement and also keeps the whole organization notified with different things like awards and recognization and also helps us give feedback to our colleagues on regular basis on how we feel about their work and how much we adore them. It makes sure we get notified on birthdays and work anniversaries which is a really good thing because we may miss out but the notifications sent really help us to keep updated. And also the reward claiming part is also really easy and convenient. I definitely recommend people to use it ,Our HR keeps coming up with new challenges and events which we get notified and also can view other colleagues actively participating which is a real motivation for us to do better and help in self-improvement and good motivation to keep doing something new other than work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are nothings I dislike about empuls as it is a very user-friendly and convenient platform. But UI can be improved and the profile editing can be worked on a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to this work-from-home culture, there are things we usually miss out on like recognizing people, active participation in activities other than our regular work and also employee engagement is a very tough task which is very well taken care of on this platform is really beneficial. It's really helpful. Thank you

The presentation of the website is truly beautiful.
It reminds us of the birthdays or you can give appreciation to the employees you think are extremely great in his/her work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at the moment on this site.
Because nothing here seems to be wrong at the moment. It's just a great site to interact with each other at the very organization you work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) You can get to know your employees much better,
2) You can solve a problem with a group discussion with the employees,
3) You can appreciate each other for the great work they have done.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using Xoxoday for our engagement platform for almost a year now. The thing that I like the most about Xoxoday is its relevance.

With its vast range of Gift vouchers, it is really a one-stop for keeping our employees from different geographies happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such that I really dislike about Xoxoday. But yeah, it could be better in terms of the time required to get vouchers - especially if we are ordering for other countries it takes some 3 - 4 business days to get it delivered to our emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday really helps us to bridge our geographical gap when it comes to employee engagement. It's fast, its easy and hassle free.

Also, it gives ample of options to choose from too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- If you have teams spread geographically, xoxoday is a great platform for engagement
- It cuts down on the hassle of deciding what to give as gifts as users can choose on their own
