What do you like best about the product?
for using n shopping valuable goods. n this is an easy way to redeem points for shopping. I have experienced it with Tata Croma is a nice experience with Xoxo compass.
when I purchased me with the XoXO app my refrigerator my family was also very happy. proud felt for me. many thnx for the Xoxo compass app.

What do you dislike about the product?
for validity . when we r going to redeem the voucher from the XoXo compass app to the Samsung brand gift voucher there is some kind of validity like 3 months only it should increase some extra validity. for sm kind of brand.
add some other extra brands also for shopping.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
xoxo compass always helps to solve our business problems also. like when we opened this app it will help to earn our points with showed our shortfall for reach to our goals like persistency, WNBP, and milestone route of our business. and from this help, we will reach easily to achieve our goal

xoxo compass is a very nice and easy app for using for shopping. It never creates any problem when we use it. easily redeem this point for shopping.

If possible Kindly add to banking partner so that we could convert in to cash .

I will suggest to use this xoxo app because of easy to redeem of from other online platform.
Liked the wide variety of vendors available on the platform but some of them charges extra

Wider variety of the options available for getting the coupons, and the flexibility to use the xoxoxodays voucher can be used for the multiple transaction is amazing

Some vendors like Paytm, Sodexo etc are charging additional amount for the coupons which is inappropriate for the employees as we got the xoxoxoday coupon as birthday gift

Flexibility to use the voucher across wide variety of the vendors available on the xoxoxoday as earlier we were limited to the biggest e-commerce platform and now we can choose from the long list

The variety of vouchers is really impressive. The segregation based on categories helps in easy navigation. The customer support service is also very quick in providing resolutions to any queries.

The helpline number mentioned on the portal was not accessible. It would be really convenient to have a customer support number. I used the helpline email to reach out to support team

What do you like best about the product?
The agents were helpful and hands-on on my case where the voucher I have didn't get recognized by the merchant. I wasn't interested to use the same voucher with the same merchant anymore. I'm glad that there was a workaround and I was offered Grabfood vouchers instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my personal experience, I dislike that there doesn't seem to be a direct communication between the merchant and voucher provider. In cases like mine where the voucher did not seem to work, the merchant could have reached out to the voucher provider to further confirm and not just leave it where the customer would have no choice but not to use the voucher anymore. It's just very upsetting and traumatic for a first time user.

Not sure about this question, but I was redirected here from our Rewards team for the customer service assistance on my case. Experience-wise, the timeline and support were satisfactory.
