As mentioned mostly in weekends the vouchers will be delayed. But once you contact customer support. They will send the vouchers immediately

The coins received in xoxo can easily redeemable. I can convert the same into amazon pay balance. And I like the other coupons provided by the xoxo app.

The coins are not able to be transferred direct into the bank.

Maybe the UI can be more friendly, and instead of CSV we can directly add excel sheets.
Also please get more brands onboarded it will be a great addition. Like urbancompany, shein etc

Needs improvement on Auto identification of content/drag down option to use prefilled content. Writing again n again is a bit hectic.
