What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes System Shows errors while sharing the Vouchers. whereas Vouchers are Disbursed to the respective email IDs. That makes confusion & end up with sharing multiple vouchers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there was an error in the system while sharing the vouchers, in actual multiple vouchers were disbursed in bulk, Quick support from the Xoxoday team solved this issue by disabling the Sent vouchers.

It will ease your Voucher disbursement problem.

Best Tool for appreciation and Rewarding
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of options xoxo provides. Also this is a best tool because user gets multiple options of their own choice to select as a reward.also this it smooth and user friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform should have more options for cash and ecomm rewards also should give liberty of multiple wallet recharges for people to get more freedom in encashment of rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewarding to large number of people in one go is the best part of this. Hardly take time in sharing rewards to end user. I seriously like the platform and rewards.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best ways to recognize your colleagues and staff. There are many options including points, coupons and gift cards. My HR tried many ways until this was found and we like it. It is almost perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a bit simple. I mean that is the main idea to keep it easy to use. Yet i think it can be made a bit more stronger, predictable and faster. Profile editing is a bit crude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging my employees during pandemics. The restrictions made it difficult to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays or special milestones. We needed a quick and easy platform. This is what Empuls provided.

Try it small and then go big. There are lot of options, so keep it simple to begin. You will like it.

I have only used one product, XOXO Day Gift vouchers. I have sent, received and used them. They are easy to use, the website is user-friendly, and the voucher user has multiple categories and brands to decide where to redeem their voucher from. Though many more popular and mainstream brands can be added.

Nothing to dislike since it is perfectly designed as an employee engagement tool

It helps to improve employee engagement & track employee rewards from the reward store option, it shows the leadership dashboard, Monthly activity winners.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good platform to provide all the rewards and recognition to the employees that can boost their confidence in them. Maintenance of all data and appreciations is very nice. It is connected with many sites that will help employees to redeem their vouchers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It provides good service and I like the platform. But redeem points history is not showing the latest transactions properly which means birthday gift vouchers transactions are not showing in the transactions history.

It is easy to redeem the vouchers and gift cards with multiple redeem options. Every action/event/achievement/reward is shown at one place throughout the organization and is very good on this platform.

I would like to share some things which I liked the most in empuls
What do you like best about the product?
The best part which I used daily in empuls was that it gives you the notification for the birthday and works anniversary so that we cant missout on wishing anyone
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which I dislike after the new update is the predefined template was missing and which was best and easy to select and wish the colleagues and other part is sometimes it's hard to find the user while searching if we are having 10 persons with the same name there should be one option to scroll the results but right now only 4 results max are shown

Talking about the problems which I solved with empuls is like I used to miss the events or the programs which are arranged by HR but empuls helped me to remind about that, I am able to join those events and getting the information about birthday, work anniversary and mainly we can appreciate people over here which is the best part I have seen here.

Empuls is a very best platform for engagement between my office team where i can celebrate there bdays, wish them on anniversary and especially the appreciation and i can motivate them by sharing morning positive quotes, I would suggest you guys to check this out and you will also get rewarded here points which you can utilize later for shopping and all type of goodies, At last I will say join this community you will also see the leader board where you actually stand and that will inspire others to use it
