What do you like best about the product?
That we can use vouchers to pay rewards in China. Considering that China rewards can be paid only via PayPal, having another option is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
So there was a major problem with participants actually claiming the vouchers. I believe the problem was from the provider side, but it brought us a lot of negative experiences with all participants. The way of claiming the gift cards was unclear and the provider platform wasn't working, so as a suggestion next time better check the provider services before actually selling the vouchers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying rewards to countries that are not very well supplied with voucher options.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As advice please make sure that you check your supplier's platforms and their vouchers and ways of claiming. Thank you for being a valuable partner.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using XOXO Plum for almost 2 & half years now as part of the employee reward program & I would say its one of the most flexible & amazing tool. Its seld service model is what makes my responsibilities ease & in time rewarding takes employer culture long way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldnt say least disliked but there is scope for UX/ UI improvement. Thanks

Nothing until day, everything is smooth.

What you need everything is available. Every aspect of user needs is managed very well. Voucher is category has almost all vendor vouchers which is good.

Number of options available for gifting in various categories, with endless denominations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility to receive gift vouchers on a different mail id/phone no. other than what you have registered.
It takes a lot of conversations with customer care to make this happen, every single time.

What do you like best about the product?
Points are good, also you can buy a variety of gift cards. The appreciation mechanism is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coversion Of total point is always low. It is nearly by half. Suppose someone give me 100 points i will get 50 which i can redeem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee recognition. It is benefitting me To appreciate others as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a good procuct, You can consider this for employee recognition.

What do you like best about the product?
Options are plenty. Covers the most usable everyday gifts/buys. Very easy to share them with family & friends for redemptions. Patient & persistent customer support for issue or query resolutions till closures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrated with the Corporate rewards Department of my firm - the coordination can be better. The two teams took weeks before the issue was resolved from the other side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the Plum bettered my firm's rewards & recognition program to be attractive & engaging. More and more people will start contributing and achieving better at their jobs due to such motivations and rewards.

What do you like best about the product?
Sports awards and Monthly nomination awards for colleagues. Also, there is a leaderboard every month to become the top 3 in an organization and get rewarded for a topper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable as I like all the features available in Emplus Portal and thanks

But the suggestion that some help to provide how to do engagements in properly documented guidelines for a different type of engagements

time to convert card to its selected produce takes 8hrs . i could be fast

when i complaint card is not generating, they responded immediately. until i get my card they guided me and followed me. Its very good
