What do you like best about the product?
It's friendly to users and easily understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I redeem my points into Paytm then it will cut 5% on reward points.

The rewards which we won its easily converted into money.

This is a awesome application i have ever used. I really love this application as the amount which come here can be usedat paytm, amazon etc. i love the application..really good

thier is nothing to be disliked in the application. its really a wonderful application. i dont find any bug in the application. its a wonderful application i really love it

i dont find any problem here which dont have a solution. If at all any problems would have been their, they get resolved very quickly . It doesnot haveany bug in the system

transparency in all the parameters user-friendly highly recommend easy to use and we know when we can get the amount and how much we are going to get on time thanks for that

Liquidity and more brands sometimes it is not crediting the amount as planned and the service team is very friendly they helping us on time to reach all the goals

What do you like best about the product?
With this platform, the rewards and recognition, Employee engagement & events are now under one roof, making it easier for the organization to keep in touch with all the teams. It has an easy interface and using Empuls employees get more involved in the organization's work culture, where we get emails of notifications of events and birthdays and work anniversary. The simplicity of redeeming points is a major benefit and every employee like e-cards of their choice as a reward.
What do you dislike about the product?
when it comes to redeeming points, I think it has monthly limits and some employees need to wait for the limit to get renewed. rest all is good and I found this is the best solution platform with so many features.

As said previously only at the limit for monthly redeeming e gift cards. Employees don't have to wait. and I believe companies customize portals so sometimes we get a glitch when under update on development
