What do you like best about the product?
- One of the good tool for managing your critical password.
- Sharing password in secure way is one of the best feature.
- Multiple folders creation for multiple applications and their management is easy.

- Recent hack has raised little concern hence need more advanced security to keep the trust of the customer.
- More improvement is needed in terms of the latency as sometimes feel slow to access the portal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Able to manage password for multiple customers at a single place.
- Easy to use and provide access to the password by just entering email if of the requestor.

browser plugin sometimes would not connect and would leave you with offline options only

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is a practical application for managing passwords, providing multi-access device syncing. reliable to LastPass for securing necessary logins, which should be confidential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration and understanding the features of last pass are time taking. Free version of LastPass cannot be used simultaneously in both PC or mobile.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass helps in solving the problem of managing passwords and storing in encrypted Vault. It benefits me to remember the only one password which is master password for access rather than all passwords.
I can even share password with my friends, family rather than thinking about security concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
Initially, when I started with this tool, I had trouble understanding it for a while, and then I realized it's a fabulous tool with some functionalities. Basically, it's a free password management tool that gives you access to save all the passwords immediately without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
We get minimal features; it looks a little inconsistent and flinicky. I have noticed that the sharing feature doesn't work very well. Also, logging out gives me pain sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to store all my passwords and other login information in one place. It has the ability to share passwords among staff. Lastly, features like Dark Web Monitoring allow this software to solve the biggest problem of saving passwords all over places; we can easily track the passwords for websites we rarely use!
Password fill stopped working and could not get in touch with customer service

At first, it was useful (for like a month) until it stopped filling out log-in credentials.

Impossible to get a live person to troubleshoot issues. Lack of relevant support articles available.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is good at recognizing when to step in and help with completions, whether it's login credentials or profile information. Of all the products I've used, it is the best at blending into the overall browser experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like a lot of people, I'm put off by recent cybersecurity incidents. Beyond that, we found business features such as shared password repositories were difficult to configure.

It simplified password management for individuals.

Ability to use on many devices. - Auto populates in most websites or phone apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields in forms the Last Pass icon appears and it is not a field for any data that FastPass would have. It can get in the way of data entry at times.

Better pass word protection by creating obscure and difficult passwords.
Great Password Manager for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of LastPass is the Sharing Center, as you can share folders with passwords, notes and DB details with other users or groups straightforwardly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I don't have any issues, if ever, sometimes I would like to verify the text filled by the extension (toggle between the asterisk's visualization and the existing password, for example), and I don't know how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage team passwords, credentials and overall systems secrets like API Keys, DB connection details, among others. It also provides further security and we're using SSO to log into the account.

No clarity on what exact data is stored in a encrypted way

It's a one-stop solution to store all the secret/confidential information in one place and also provides auto-login to the website for which we have saved the password.
Easy to Use Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and integrates with your browser. I can also use it on my phone, and I log into many of my apps with its integration options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop program leaves a lot to be desired. The web plugins are so easy, while the desktop program feels clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Password Safe, but the syncing was clunky, and I needed a password manager to sync between devices (Desktop, Laptop, & Mobile). Plus, my wife found it easy to use, which was a plus.
