It is easy to stay secure.
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to remember all of my passwords and being able to update my passwords easily. Everything is all in one place. Also, I like that I can store other important things in LastPass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get logged out of LastPass and have to log back in. I know it happens, but it is inconvenient. I'm not sure how this could be remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to remember all of my passwords. The passwords are secure and not something that can be easily duplicated. I feel very secure using LastPass.

So easy to use and keeps all of my passwords in one place.

Sometimes the password that I generate doesn't immediately copy over to the Vault and I end up having to reset it.

It is easy to use and has a lot of features.

It doesn't always synch to certain sign in locations. It also doesn't seem to synch between my laptop and mobile device sometimes.

It is great for storing my and generating passwords. Alos storing payment and personal igormatipon for autofill.

What do you like best about the product?
With Lastpass I can actually have secure passwords rather than easy to use passords that I use the for every website. I love how I dont need to type everything in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I know it is in the best interest to keep my passwords secure, it could get a bit frustrating having to login to LastPass every time I login to Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to remember over 100 different passwords while still keeping my passwords secure. Previous to LastPass I used the same password for almost every website.

I love the fact that I do not have to remember ALL of my passwords. I also like the fact that they notify me when something is not safe.

It doesn't always work. They have things saved that should not be saved in the right spot. I did reach out one time and that was helpful

I love how easy and seamless it is to use LastPass across all of my devices.

Easy, integrates well with my browser, convenient one stop for passwords and secure notes.

It prompts me to enter my master password too often.

LastPass solves the problem of having to remember logins which is hugely helpful because there are just so many logins!
Great user experience, unreliable security on their end
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite easy to use, and it integrates nicelly with all my browsers and even my androir. Love the possibility of a family license, it does make things easier and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
They were on the news several times for an encrypted database leak with customer info, and this was due to very poor internal practices, which brings into question how secure the product really is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The shear amount of different passwords one must manage to keep with minimum security best practices turn passsword managers to must have products. LastPass really simpliflies synchronizing, not all my passwords, but lots of sensitive information.

Good client and enterprise control, but with some issues.
What do you like best about the product?
The enterprise policies are the best and most granular of the 5 or so password managers I have evaluated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security incidents happen, especially to those that are most popular. The company's handling of those issues and communication on them has left a lot to be desired.
The clients also hadn't seen many updates in recent years, and the CLI appears to have been abandoned (though it works, there haven't been any updates in many years.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The LastPass browser plugin and mobile apps are good and is what I have used as a baseline to compare any others. They do a good job of performing their function and staying out of the way.
