Excellent password management in one place, available from multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
It's been great to use for so many years, and very affordable. I also use it for secure notes to store random pieces of info I'll need at some later date - kid's birthdays & SSNs, vehicle VINs, vehicle and health insurance ID cards and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, they did have a security breach - that's definitely less than ideal! It also emphasizes the importance of complex passwords and updating them more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of passwords, accounts, important notes, top secret family recipes, sharing passwords when needed and having all of that available from my phone, or computer, or wife's phone etc. All readily available when you need them.
Gets the job done but terrible UX

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is so easy to use, I've been a customer for almost 6 years. I love the mobile app as well, makes entering passwords so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could create a password on my mobile and it synch to my LastPass vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me secure my not using the same passwords over and over.
Great Corporate Password Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The system allows a team of users to share corporate access to shared resources, such as software update sites and driver portals, to ensure that there is redundancy when a user leaves or is on annual leave. This means that information is at the Teams fingertips and drastically reduces the risk of knowledge gaps at various times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been security breaches on the system that have been both worrying and troublesome, as such we have had to run various tests on the system to ensure we are not at risk from these breaches, including checking on sites that monitor data security breaches to ensure we aren't compromised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this solves is when a user departs from the business and takes information with them, such as access to corporate sites that are business related and not user related. Having the ability to create various vaults that can be used for personal, business and team access privileges drastically reduces this risk.
Last password is my First choice
What do you like best about the product?
It is more confirtable when you have big team to manage and share passwords with. You can create multiple team specific groups and directories, so that it would be easy to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to work more on the User Interface part of the application and also while using it as a browser extention its little buggy, which neds a revamp and at most attention because most of the people use it as a browser extention rater than application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps share passwords between large groups easier and by storing the passwords in cloud makes it independent of the resouce whi crested it, so that if the employess leave the company also we are not dependent on him for passwords.
A useful tool for today's age of apps and passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I love its security. It's a simple tool with one purpose and it performs that task very well. Would definitely recommend. I haven't even think of switching to another tool either.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much in my opinion. It's well designed and I feel its secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many accounts with multiple passwords. This tool is just a good way to securely save them all and access them across the web easily.
One stop solution for password management
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is very reliable solution for password sharing, storing and keeping them safe. It gives good control on privacy while sharing and also cross platform support is hassle free when switching devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike only that security is a matter of high importance and lastpass should be more transparent about the security incidents etc. Rest is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The LastPass platform is solving the hassle of password organization and secure storage of sensitive passwords. It gives timely reminders to change the credentials and makes logins secure with features like Multi factor authentication.
Not what I expected
What do you like best about the product?
I see no advantage, there are a lot of bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many errors, I do not recommend. In addition, support does not reduce the number of licenses at our request.

Solid password manager
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass has great collaboration capabilities. If you work in a team and need to have passwords shared between members, LastPass is a great solution. There is a lot of support for it in browsers and it is well maintained. They also have a lot of extra functionality like LDAP integration and password groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I wish LastPass had OS integration. I would love to be able to have it fill OS level passowrds (RDP sessions, Wireless passwords, etc...) There has been some security issues, but not for lack of trying to do well (they have been 3rd party audited before this last breach)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before lastpass we were using spreadsheets for passwords. Lastpass has made the process of using secure passwords much more manageable as well as ensuring password re-use is kept to a minimum.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass gives me the confidence to know that my passwords are all in one place and super secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the LastPass app will try to fill form fields that are not passwords.

LastPass easily stores all of my passwords in one place.
