It's OK
What do you like best about the product?
Web based with all the features you'd hope for in an enterprise product (SSO / Team sharing)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great for technical staff (no integration with desktop tools). UI is pretty poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a IT team we have a significant number of passwords to manage, we need a password manager.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the usual password manager, we use it to level up the protection of our critical services, in most cases for the specific group of people who have administrative permission in company-wide systems and infrastructure.
Awesome Passwords Security Product
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass has extensions for most common browsers and apps for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android, which is great and very useful. t’s a good looking app, with clear, easy-to-use menus and distinct sections for passwords, payment details, and the security dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a shame they recently changed their free plan so you can no longer use it on multiple devices without upgrading.There have been multiple data breeches and it is sometimes "too easy" to use. This can be a plus and a minus. Someone can hop on my computer, without any verification and everything is available to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a great enterprise tool that has kept us from storing password in insecure places or sharing passwords using insecure means (i.e., email). LastPass has made us more efficient with single-sign on. Our users are able to authenticate quickly and get into the application they are trying to log on .
Used to be great, now is mainly just a vault
What do you like best about the product?
It used to remember and autofill all passwords.
Now it just remembers - which it seems to do well.
The vault is easy to access, with an app for mobile.

What do you dislike about the product?
They have deployed a new feature called 'advanced fill', which causes problems with a lot of websites. Unfortunately, it can't be turned off. To make life more frustrating, there is a button to turn it off - only the button doesn't work.
The mobile app search function is buggy (android), sometimes it displays results, sometimes not. If it doesn't, you need to completely exit out of the app and try again.
It also struggles on websites that use an address lookup. Lastpass will try to autofill, so you can't see the websites list of available addresses. This isn't a major, but it would be really nice to have the option to stop the autofill for that text box.
It also seems they have disabled the ability to export passwords on business account - pretty frustrating if we need to use other s/w (browser) to get around some of the lastpass bugs.

It auto fills the username and password for you so you don't have to search around for credentials

to use on a computer and smart phone there is a very small cost

Keeping track of unique and complex passwords for everything. I never have to reset passwords because I can't remember what they are. It also allows secure sharing of passwords with others.
Easy to Use but Concerned About Security
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass' most useful feature is the ability to easily share passwords with any other LastPass user. Your not limited to sharing with people only in your family or organization as you are with some other password managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer open source software as it tends to be more secure. I feel it's a drawback to LastPass that it is closed source.
