It’s a nice program to store all your passwords in one place

I can store more than just passwords. I really like the ability to share passwords if something were to happen to me.

The pop ups don't always work on certain websites. Unable to copy in a password I've generated.

Organizing all my passwords in one place.

The admin console is not user-friendly. Creating a new account has too many steps and different tabs. When changes are needed, you have to remember to go through all of it otherwise the end users end up missing some access.
Often the passwords are not saved properly in the auto-saved version, the older password still shows up, which creates some logout. If you have more than one account in a specific platform, the system gets the password mixed up.

LastPass - First Choice
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, I started out using this to store company details. I then added 2 colleagues, and then 2 more, as we all need access to shared infirmation. The ease of setting up new folders and making them secure is a breeze.
I use LastPass at least twice a week, either to add data or to see what additional features have been built.

Sometimes the navigation can be difficult, but once you know where you need to go it is very informative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of passwords via a secure vault, but with the ability to add details about each service.
Automatic Launch of Website No Longer Works After Update
What do you like best about the product?
I used to like the ease of use. After a recent update however, the auto Launch feature no longer works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to contact directly to inform them of issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about LastPass is its ability to securely store passwords. I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to lastpass are the often sluggish user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass increases security by only requiring one password to be known to the user. All websites can have their own secure passwords which users do not need to know. No more trying to remember what password you set for a specific website!

What do you like best about the product?
Super useful password manager. I like how there are use cases for all my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit concerned about security with the leaks in the past. Really only downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all my passwords, and allowing me to setup complicated, unique passwords without worrying about remembering them or having to look them up.
Life Saver and Extremely Secure
What do you like best about the product?
All of my passwords are securely located in one place. I have been able to add the extension to my personal computer, business computer and phone for convenience. I have used this application for more than 5 years and use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about the application that I dislike.

All passwords are located in one place and no longer in a notebook that I could easily loose or misplace.
Best password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
With EVERYTHING having a login online, it is very difficult to remember all the passwords. This is why I love LastPass. You can add passwords to LastPass and it'll login for you. Ever so often you will need to log into your LastPass master account to enable the feature.
I literally have the widget on my browser and it gets used everyday! Sometimes I even open up the master account to pull my usernames and password out. you just allow the browser extension on whatever browser you use and voila!
I once forgot my master password (years ago) and the customer support was easy as well. within a day they verified me as the real owner of the account and I was back in!

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if its me or what but something lastpass adds usernames and passwords to sites that are incorrect. So you definitely have to read what you're saving and to where. Double check the username and password fields before hitting save
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remembering all the passwords you need for all the online logins. With everuthing digital, one needs to have strong, DIFFERENT, passwords for everything. there's noway to remember them all! LastPass is a safe way to create strong passwords and always remember them!

The data issues that have occurred have not been ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having regular issues with passwords being forgotten and reset, re-use of insecure passwords.
