Creates secure passwords, allows emergency access for loved ones
What do you like best about the product?
Lastpass generates secure passwords and makes them easy to use. I especially like the fact that I can allow emergency access to my loved ones in case something happens to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about this product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to use complex passwords, and I prefer to use different passwords for every site. Lastpass makes that easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of the software, mobile access, secured information, ability to add bank accounts, credit cards, SSH keys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to share multiple folders to one person. We need to add an employee to each folder which takes a long time. New passwords added are not available for other shared users right away (they have to log off and log back in)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to access passwords securely (we used to use an excel document with all passwords). Able to create new passwords that are secure (not just the same password across multiple websites)

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service was great. After the breach, we received communications, and they continued to arrive thereafter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of transparency. We were left in the dark about what was happening when the breach occurred. At first, LastPass made it seem like the breach was not of significant concern. Weeks later, we began to hear differently from news outlets. Then finally, we were officially alerted through LastPass. This action created a trust issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping us solve our password vault problem by providing a secure and trusted space where we could store all critical service accounts in an easy to access platform.
Good tools for business security
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily share credentials for shared accounts through lastpass for teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
admin is a little clunky and outdated. needs a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing community accounts and helping staff manage many passwords.
Easy and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass just works. Setup is easy and from that point on it just works. Adding/changing things is equally easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some data breaches that are concerning.

Strength of individual passwords.

Generator. Ability to store. MFA feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to HIDE the autopopulate from any webpage. It used to be a feature that was taken away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have a unique password for each site
Makes life so easy, especially if you have 100+ passwords,there is no better way to handle passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and peace of mind it provides, There is little/no work to setup or change passwords, and being prompted to change passwords, be aware of repeated ones, etc is incredible, they have thought of everyhing!
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING!!! This tool is absolutly thought through and designed perfectly.

I dont have to remember any passwords and everything is secure, there is nothing more that I could want.
Easy to Use to Keep It all in 1 place!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the portability of LastPass and the fact that I can keep my business life and personal life in one place but separately. It is easy to use because I can use it not only on my desktop, but also on my phone and in my browsers. But also when I update it in one place, it just updates everywhere pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass can be clunky at times. And my Samsung phone and it disagree often. There are work arounds and I have even been able to teach my non tech people in my household how to use it successfully. But sometimes it is just hard to get it to register especially on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to keep up with all of the passwords for all of the things. But now they are all in one place. Both business and personal. Also that means that all of the personal passwords are shared for between my family. They also will have all of my business passwords which was necessary only earlier this year as I was hospitalized during a big deadline for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic password generation is great along with being able to autofill from my cellphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to save my password multiple times in the app for the new password to actually save. This is likely an iPhone app issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My accounts have been compromised on more than one occasion before using LastPass, once while on vacation. Since starting to use LastPass, I haven't had those issues.
Excellent Password Saver and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I've used LastPass for several years. It's easy to use, and I can sync it across different platforms so I can always access my passwords. I especially like the ability to generate safe passwords on the fly--and then to not have to memorize them!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with this application so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to be able to create safe passwords that cannot be breached easily, and LastPass does this for me.
