LastPass - A Keeper!
What do you like best about the product?
Password Security, a Cyber Vault, A key Keeper - so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple devices need to be tuned in to LastPass, especially if you have multiple logins to, say, gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazing Service Holds Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how safe I feel putting all my 'life' into an app. I feel very secure doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike about the app

I keep forgetting all my passwords to all my different accounts. In this app, it keeps all my accounts passwords and usernames in one safe place.
LastPass is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is easy to use and the extension for browsers makes it easy to fill in passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing, I love it. It's so easy to use and seems really secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often forget my passwords if I make them too complex. LastPass allows me to have complex passwords that are secure and I don't have to remember.
A Must for a Family or a Business
What do you like best about the product?
Works well across all our devices for passwords, plus you can leverage it more and graduate by using more features and capabilities. We use it for our household (child included), our parents, and our businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
After you add a new password, it will take some time to have it populate across all your devices. Sometimes it seems like it takes too long but eventually, it gets there. Second, when you Share a password, the accept and update process for the recipient feels like it needs to be improved - the accept and the update on the recipient's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing passwords, payment methods, identity information (like SSNs, DLs), and addresses across all family devices and businesses devices.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all your passwords and log in information in one spot is wonderful. We use to have a paper copy that was hidden and it was a total mess not including the most import thing of not being SAFE.
With all different websites requiring your passwords to be a mixture of requirements, this has been wonderful to have and not remember everything.

We haven't encountered any issues yet and do not foresee any to happen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to not worry about forgetting and having to reset passwords nor have an unsafe paper copy
SImple, yet powerful password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Having both mobile and desktop availability of all password is what it's built for, and it does as advertised. The google extension works great as well as the password generator. I use the product daily, and it's made my online life a little easier. It's easy to setup and support has been responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While all the press around the security risks of the product have made me consider other products, Lastpass has kept me with the features and simplicity. The chrome extension can get confused sometimes and pop-up the 'change password' on some sites, It's not too intrusive, and pobably not a Lastpass issue, but more with how some of the sites I use request security credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passwords are rediculous, but neccesary online, and the product helps highlight risk areas where I need to make updates. Simply login for all my sites is the goal, and Lastpass does the job.

What do you like best about the product?
Reasonably simple password storage solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Confusing and sometimes flakey UI makes it hard to roll this out to other internal users. The shared folder feature has a visual error when viewed from the plugin.

Password manager with cloud host and sharing feature
Couldn't keep track of everything without Last Pass!
What do you like best about the product?
Having all my passwords in one secure location is SO helpful. I also appreciate how it tells me when a passcode has expired or if I have used it too many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the last pass integration button can get in the way of text fields where it doesnt belong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass gives me piece of mind knowing that all my passwords are in one protected location. There is no way I would be able to manage and easily login to all my accounts without it.
Helping to Secure Your Information!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes saving your password a breeze! And everything is all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very bugy and tends to slow down my browers even if I turn of last pass for certain websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping a lot of my information safe by not having my passwords listed on random documents on my computer.

I unfortunately do not have a lot of positive thoughts regarding LasPass

LastPass has continuously been buggy, and my computer / Google can way more easily store and save passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not solving any problems and unforutunately does not benefit me at this time. It acty bugy, makes it difficult to login, and sharing passwords is not simple.
