I feel more secure with Lastpass
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about the safety of my passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to think of a master password long enough and meeting the security requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my accounts secure and lessens my concerns about an unauthorized person gaining access to my accounts.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes it easy to have highly secure passwords!!! Very convenient to use! Love this product!!! It is easy to implement and integrate. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love this product!!! I use it frequently!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have complicated passwords that are very secure without worrying about forgetting them.
Safety Comes First
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes it easy to generate secure passwords all while housing your personal data in it's encrypted vault. My entire family is now being protected by LastPass.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are great features that can easily go unnoticed if you are not exploring your vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass makes it easy for me to up my game when generating passwords.
Great app for storing passwords!
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the encrypted password sharing features which is useful for corporate accounts and other confidential information. Also like the pop up chrome add on which makes accessing passwords more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am concerned about account breaches as we have stored many important information here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering multiple passwords for work related sites - easier to keep track of passwords and also share account information with my colleagues
Password Management for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it suggest strong passwords for our accounts and shows their overall security level and strength. It is also easy to delegate certain shared passwords and notes with certain team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they've had several breaches in the last decade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my passwords and notes secure in one place and allowing me to share this information with certain team members.
Helpful, convenient, and safe.
What do you like best about the product?
Accessabilty. Literally my brain has space for more important things than my silly little passwords!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bummer to have to pay for both multiple devices but also understandable because business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of not remembering passwords as well as allow me to make more secure passwords that I would have no way to remember (randomized numbers, letters, and symbols)
Antidote for password fatigue
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create accounts for personal use and for work that I may only use a couple times a year and not have to go through the hassle of finding or resetting passwords. I also that I can securely store my credit cards for easy online shopping. Got both my parents to use it, replacing their printout of passwords that is never accurate. Last pass was easy enough for them to get comfortable quickly and now they use it like second nature. I use it everyday and it has saved me time and aggravation.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism of Lastpass is the accessibility of accounts when their is an online version and also an app. Last pass struggles to recognize different versions of the same account and you have to access your vault to copy the password. Not a huge deal but could be confusing or annoying to some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps monitor passwords and the dark web, helps select strong passwords and makes inputting information easier for online shopping.
Great App

Easy to use and have the ability to keep passwords in one location

sign in issues from multiple devices. intergration between devices is hard at times

Gives me less hassle and problems of having to locate mulitple passwords
Solidly secure yet easy for me to access
What do you like best about the product?
I am a virtual assistant so hold several passwords on the same websites and apps - LastPass allows me to easily select which password I need. I especially appreciate its ease of use on my cell phone. With face recognition to open LastPass, I'm quickly logged in to apps I use frequently. I've not needed customer support, but I receive relevant emails when necessary. I am in and out of password protected sites and app and LastPass allows me to do this quickly and safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing passwords isn't always efficient if my client does not use LastPass. I've wondered if there's a way to share across platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the problem of knowing all passwords. I allow LastPass to generate highly secure passwords so I don't repeat old passwords or use weak passwords.
LastPass - A Keeper!
What do you like best about the product?
Password Security, a Cyber Vault, A key Keeper - so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple devices need to be tuned in to LastPass, especially if you have multiple logins to, say, gmail.
