I’ll never go back!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a user for almost two years and I'll never go back to anything else. I love that I can use it across all my devices and never have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any right now. It's been great for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to have a different complex password for everything I use without having to write them down somewhere.
Worth the time to set up
What do you like best about the product?
Since I started using LastPass, I have had no issues with fraudulent e-commerce charges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill can be unwieldy and doesn't always recognize irrelevant fields, such as when I'm buying a gift for another person. Sometimes it will overwrite what I've filled in, and when that happens, I need to turn it off completely to fill out a form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass makes it easy to use unique and strong passwords. I started using it when I had a persistent issue with fraudulent charges that replacing the card did not solve. Changing all my online passwords using LastPass has resolved the issue.
Secure, Convenient Solution
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is easily accessible from anywhere and cleanly stores our myriads of security information. We are relieved to know everything is in one place without a security risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always worried I'm going to lose my Master Password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nearly impossible to operate securely without a system like LastPass. Otherwise all our passwords are saved on our browser and are constantly a security gamble.
Easy password management and seamless use across platforms/devices.
What do you like best about the product?
Takes a lot of the hassle of passwords out and there are no extra steps when using my phone or computer to log in. Price is reasonable and it's generally a worry free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure you enter your username on new passwords!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't have to keep up with different passwords and limits repeating of passwords.
This has been very helpful to use with clients, but wish there was an MFA integration.

Easy at which I can get the passwords needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have to bug the main account holder to give me the MFA codes that are sent to their phone or email. I wish there was an integration where LastPass could provide a phone number that the main user could set up whereby all MFA codes for the various accounts go to.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and secure. It makes managing our various teams and clients passwords a breeze. And its lovely not having to continually ask others what passwords to use and to risk leaks via emails or unencrypted messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the passwords don't autofill and the organization can be slow.

The quick, easy, and secure storage of a multitude of passwords.
Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Lastpass is convenient to use and also make it easy to share select passwords with other members of my team.
I also like the ability to generate passwords, which can be used even outside of Lastpass.

Sometimes a bit of a lag, but nothing much otherwise.

I wish it would work more with apps rather than just web.

Last Pass - An Easy Solution for Passwords
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is what I like most about Last Pass. I can access my passwords on my phone, computer or web browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in other settings the plugins get turned off, of if there is a connectivity issue you can't get passwords to autofill. Sometimes it also takes a few moments to sync between your browser, and your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of coming up with a common theme for my passwords, Last Pass is allowing me to opportunity to randomly generate secure passwords. This helps me to keep my accounts safer.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using LastPass for a few years now for our buisness as well as for family. It's been a great way to keep everything stored in one place. The ability to share passwords with other members is the best part. Especially when it comes to the family apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remebering the master password for my account.

Being to keep all my login information safely stored is such a big help.
