Life is easier and more secure.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to control my passwords and generate new passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little wonky at times such as how it organizes the sites based on the primary site versus a sign in URL

Mostly seemless logins, mostly. I have issues with only a handfull of the many sites I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sites where I have multiple accounts insist on logging into the same account each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never have a problem remebering a password

What do you like best about the product?
The admin interface for lastpass is good compared to 1password and other similar services. Customer support is decent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vault interface for LastPass is still old and outdated. Cumbersome to share in an enterprise environment. Especially when compared to other similar services like 1password. It is also lacking options like being able to store MFA tokens like other services have. It was a bit difficult to transition from 1password to LastPass as LastPass was unable to import all of our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to securely store and share passwords for each user is critical in removing the human flaws around our security infrastructure.

Autofill saves so much time and the ease of use of the application

The security issues LastPass experienced are a concern

LastPass allows me to focus on work and not worry if I remember passwords

Easy to use, simple UI. Feel secure. No limitations on how many devices I can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time it does not recognize that I'm clicking on the username/password field and does not suggest credentials. Maybe Android puts the app on sleep mode, I don't know. This is happening not so often and if you open/close the app the credentials appear a second time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating random passwords for every website, managing all of the passwords.

You have to remember only one strong password and LastPass will do the rest. I find extremly useful the strong and unique password generator.

I am struggling to find something least pleasant but until now I didn't notice anything.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of saving passwords to the vault, the folder structure available within the vault, auto-login on preferred sites, ease of turning off LastPass on specific sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
On very rare occasion, it will pick up the wrong fields, like a search box, to input a password. That's probably more the fault of the website manager than LastPass.
The UI is kind of outdated in my opinion, but it works all the same. I'd rather have something that's a little less flashy, but functional.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a simple-to-use password manager for our agency. With lots of clients, we needed something very secure and an interface to be able to organize passwords by client. LastPass has always been easy to onboard new hires and the folder structure works perfectly for multiple clients and internal access.

I absolutely love the way that the passwords automatically pop up on each site without me needing to search them and then copy and paste. I also love the password generator

That i have to pay extra to use it across multiple devices

It's the greatest app! So easy to upload photos and important documents and of course saves all my passwords and inputs the passwords without needing to do anything!

NOTHING its best app! There is literally nothing that I dislike!

Last Pass is indispensable
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass will help you use and remember your ultra-safe complex passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their 2-factor Authorization app is anemic. I use it 1 or 2 times per month. I'm sure they could do much better. I wish they would. From a security standpoint, the smaller my circle of trust, the better.
