Robust password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Features - password sharing (business acct), security dashboard to score your passwords, ability to store personal information besides passwords, user friendly, browser extension with search box for navigating to sites requiring logins, ability to copy/paste creds via the browser extension, MFA option for added master password security
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I create a new login/password, "add to LastPass" doesn't come up, so I have to do "forgot password" and start over. (Yes, I'm logged into LP.) As a backup, I now temporarily copy/paste the new password into Notepad so I can manually add it. When there are multiple logins for a site, there isn't a way to set the order they appear as options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating strong, unique passwords for every site so I can be more protected on the web. Storing and populating the hundreds of unique logins I have so I don't have to memorize or type them. Storing my credit card information for ease of access. Storing my wallet contents in case it's lost or stolen.
Generally hard to use and buggy
What do you like best about the product?
It's already been deployed to my team. As an admin I get a lot of questions from folks that have a hard time understanding how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It reminds me of the old PC vs Mac ads... this is really the not-so-cool version of a PW manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to share PW internally and also turn off access when someone leaves.
A Secured Easy To Access Passwords
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is that it saves user and password information which helps me in easily accessing the details seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works fine for me, So i have nothing to mention in the dislike section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the major issue of saving every single credential manually, this helps me in doing my work effortlessly.
REMEMBER just one password and create secure unhackable passwords for your most important accounts
What do you like best about the product?
It travels from my phone to any computer I login from. When you login it will suggest passwords. If you use your own it will evaluate it for security or duplication.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I didn't write down or memorize master pass I would be lost. But I guess that may be price for security
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me logging into to everything from Adobe to Wells Fargo and does it so password is not visible to hackers or unsecured wifi public computers.
Not so secure or userfriendly
What do you like best about the product?
The family feature is great for sharing passwords with others. Furthermore, I like the reports and the option to easily create passwords. I once needed customer support, and that was also professional and adequate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not that user-friendly. I have to search for certain settings, and I dislike the fact that I cannot add several URLs to one password. But the most important issue I am having are the breaches in security. According to what I understand, these breaches are because of inattentive employer.

Storing and managing passwords.

terrible support, horrible support process/portal
the whole backend/admin UI feels clunky, like multiple different apps which have been bolted together. Finding features and options is often not intuitive

managing and sharing password for business and personal user
80% of the time, it works everytime.
What do you like best about the product?
not having to share passwords with teammates is nice
What do you dislike about the product?
that passwords dont update across users with access when you update from the vault.. in my experience, i need to remove permission, then re-invite for it to work. this is annoying ah.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have va's and they need access to company accounts for work. we use lastpass for their access so we don't have to share company passwords with contractors or employees.
Mostly satisfied
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass Capacity offers the capactiy to organize passwords and share with family. It also works across several different platforms, all of which my family use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to forget my login credentials and patterns of use from time to time. Sometimes it's easy and seemless to use; other times it is clunky and awkward, requiring me to look up passwords manually. Also, it stopped working on my wife's Mac and she has stopped using it because she is frustrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, they are keeping all of my passwords in a secure space for me that I can access on multiple platforms. This keeps my passwords relatively secure and easy to access.
Could not live without it!

Auto-filled passwords across mobile and desktop and autogenerated secure passwords!
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to be free, putting the same product in a paid package that users had for free for years sucks.

Maintaining passwords across multitude of software applications required for my job.

Easy to use, customizable, and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find the sign in page when I start from the LastPass home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of vendor account passwords, so LastPass works as a one stop shop.
