Secure storage of and access to multiple complicated passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of accessing my passwords on iPhone, iPad, and Windows desktop computer. I have enjoyed having a single master password to protect my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
1 Sometimes I have to delete the LastPass extension from my browser and reinstall it, then sign in to LastPass again.
2 There are some apps and websites where LastPass can't automatically fill my username and password. When those occasions happen, I have to go to the LastPass extension, find the website name and sign in criteria, then copy and paste them into the online website. One online website PayPal.com. I also have problems with multiple accounts on the same website.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I noticed that they are giving users other methods besides a master password to access their LastPass account. Although I have not implemented these relatively new options for signing in, I would like to learn how to use them.
Simple and Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is my favorite part, It keeps my information safe and others as well, i am encouraging everyone in the company to begin using this software. It provides peace of mind in my very busy world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report here, it does a great job

It is solving the access issues of the past, no more lost accounts due to bad passord credential managment

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with their Launch feature and auto-fill. I also like the prompts that help us better secure our info.

It allows me to create different PWs for every account b/c I don't have to remember them all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing login details for a myriad of websites - making it easier to keep them secure with randomized passwords. Keeping all of the information in one place.
Last Pass Keeps Your Passwords Safe
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass gives me peace of mind. All of my passwords are safely stored and easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problems with LassPass

My passwords are organized in files and easy to retrieve

It works amazingly well, most of the time I don't even have to put in information saying it's ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
On websites that have a similar address, the product can get a little mixed up from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't like using similar passwords and last pass makes it so I don't have to rember which was which.
Overall a great platform, get's the job done and makes it easy to update information.

It could use a bit of interface updating to increase it's user friendliness.

It's one place for all my clients passwords and allows me to share information with them securely.
Great for Business of any Size
What do you like best about the product?
I used lastPass in a startup FinTech company. It definitely took some getting used to. I would say that what I liked about it remember your passwords and you could either use your own or ask them to create one. And I liked that you could share the account with somebody else and still hide the password from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not an administrator, so I cannot comment on that. I was only a user, but I did hear that LastPass is not very cheap and that Nordpass is a bit more affordable. It also is not very visually aesthetic in my opinion. I think the UI could use soem work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was solving remembering and creating passwords on your own. Also quite easy to share passwords among team members who share accounts.

It's so easy to have secure passwords without having to remember each and every one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly nothing, it works with all of my devices, faceID always works to access necessary passwords, truly very functional.

Needing secure accounts but not having a good way to save passwords.
