What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is a great resource for saving passwords and other important information. I also love how you can share passwords amongst other users as well. They can also generate a secure password for you if you give them a set critera. They also flag used passwords as well. I love how they have an extension and we can add passwords as we create them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the mobile app could use a bit more work. I would love if the mobile app can automatically save passwords like the web extension does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think a while back, LastPass did have a security data breach. I liked how they informed all their users and assured us that they were taking the right actions.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass has saved me so much time and mental energy. I use stronger, more complex passwords now that I don't have to remember any of them. It's easy to use, including updating changed passwords. I can't imagine going back to life without a password manager. I haven't tried any other ones, but LastPass has worked so well I haven't wanted to. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally the only downside is that it isn't free. But it's worth paying for and not that expensive as far as I'm concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many passwords to remember, temptation to reuse passwords or use weak passwords that are easy to remember

I like how all my passwords are in one place and I don't have to worry about remembering tens of account information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to pop up all the time whenever I input credit card information. I wish there is a setting which would stop this.

It remembers all my passwords.

I don't think I could manage all my passwords without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could help me reset my old passwords easily so I'm not constantly reusing the same ones. It seems like the only way to update my old ones is to go one by one.

Managing my passwords so I can easily go from website to website
Good product with some idiosyncracies
What do you like best about the product?
Good security, password generation feature is very helpful, I like being able to easily use passwords between multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes saves passwords in a different category, making them harder to find. Often parses input fields on websites as password/username fields even when they aren't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using a different randomly-generated password for each site

What do you like best about the product?
I like the autofill on the passwords online and with the app on the phone. I like that you can view the passwords or just copy them directly to your clipboard. I've never had any issues that I need to contanct customer support about. I use lastpass all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using lastpass is that sometimes it tries to autofill information when it is unecessary which makes it more difficult to fill out forms or surveys online. Also, sometimes when I try to view a password on the computer it doesn't let me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can never remember my passwords so I end up using the same iteration of one password. Lastpass allows me to create more secure passwords and still remember them.

It's very helpful to have all my passwords saved in one place and to be able to share them with others in a secure way.

It can be finicky at times especially when it competes with google to save passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is a great and secure way to store account information such as passwords. The secure password generator and autofill options are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I majorly dislike about LastPass.

Generating new and secure passwords for many accounts is very beneficial.
