Easy & Secure
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is an easy way to keep all my passwords safe and secure!
What do you dislike about the product?
The passwords are crazy long and hard to remember!

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
You are required to have a password for every website or app and this allows you to safely store them and/or autofill them so you don;t waste your time resetting a password everytime you try to login to a site/app. Can add notes to different accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass has lots of protective features, but still afraid of hacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unsure. I haven;t had many issues at all.

Sometimes it autofills the wrong email and is confusing

It's easy to add passwords for teams and to move them around folders when needed. Packed with a lot of useful settings and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes fields are filled that shouldn't be, and some of the features seem to not work consistently, like form field selection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling access to comany accounts for a large organization.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is so easy to get started with. I thought it was going to take hours and hours to get everything transferred over. Integrating it with my browser and iPhone gave it the ability to automatically capture and save my passwords to my accoutn on the fly. There was no big effort to get all my passwords in one place. I've used it everyday since downloading it.
For me its the integration. Its hands down the best feature. The fact that it autofills on Chrome and most of the apps on my iPhone is the biggest selling point for me. Would love to see the small amount of issues with this feature ironed out.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the integration with Iphone to be slightly better for some apps. Its seems to work well with some but not with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more saving passwords in random places in my phone or on my desktop. Its all in one place.
Sick of forgetting your passwords?
What do you like best about the product?
I love LastPass because I only have to remember ONE password. And that's the one to access my account. I also love it because I'm on the plan that I can use LastPass on my phone, as an app on my desktop and with an extension in my browser. Which makes it super simple. I love that it's easy to generate new, complex passwords- and when you're on the computer and create a new password, the extension for chrome will pop up and ask if you want to save that password to your LastPass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on my iPhone, there won't be a little option that pops up on my keyboard to easily access my passwords or login. It's still easy enough to open the last pass app, search for what I need & copy the pw and go back to the window or other app and paste it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With complex passwords I can create and don't have to remember. Gives me peace of mind that my accounts will be less likely to be hacked.

I like the share feature. To be able to share passwords with the team and also the personal features

Sometime is insists on fill in automatically some fields that do not need to be filled in . I am not sure if it is my set up

As part of my job , I manage and need to access accounts on several websites for registrations etc. Last Pass definitively has helped a lot with the process. Also, I like the feature that creates a secure password for you.
Good for my Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share and disseminate the multitude of passwords/logins I have for the various parts and people in my organization
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little klunky and the user interface isn't the prettiest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My employees need to be able to access/login to a variety of different websites and LastPass allows me to be able to securely share that information without necessarily sharing passwords but allowing access.
Easy password management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lastpass for professional and personal uses. It's great being able to access all my passwords from anywhere, even someone elses computer, at any point. It also means I don't create as many passwords that aren't secure, since I don't have to remember them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fingerprint login doesn't seem to often work so I will usually have to type in my master password. I get that it's important to be secure but I wish it could be a bit easier/more efficient!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have more secure passwords without having to remember them.
