Helps me so I don't forget my passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my passwords are whereever I can login to last pass - not saved on one computer or phone. I also like that it generates passwords for me that are complex. I used to use the same password for everything (whoops!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't recognize that a website is asking for a password. Also sometimes it wont save your password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have unique passwords for everything I use and I don't have to remember them!

The search function takes me right to the PW I'm looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Last pass makes it easy to monitor, control, and update all your online accounts with the click of a button. It allows me to check the security of my passwords and assist with new password creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass is now a necessity in my house. If it ever goes under or costs more I will be in trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Last pass helps me create secure passwords and even share those passwords with my family when needed.
Easy Password Security
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes it easy to store passwords securely and share them with trusted colleagues. I use it daily for work and for home needs. The pricing is affordable for my sole proprietorship.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a box to help choose a password that shows up and sometimes makes it hard to type into that password box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passwords have to change all the time to keep data secure. LastPass helps stay on top of those changes.
Great password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it interfaces with most of my platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes of the autofill feature is a bit agressive and it can be combursome to disable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple platforms that users must log into, and this removes the need for a notebook of passwords

Its user friendly and super convenient for our business and family. The chrome extension is a life saver. It's super easy for us to share passwords and credit cards.

I don't think I have any dislikes! We love it.

It keeps our business and family organized and there's less stress because I always forget a password or login.
LastPass is critical to my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass is fantastic for quick access to hundreds of various accounts. Sharing across platforms is a game-changer. I don't have to look up info on my phone when logging in on my computer and vice versa. Securely saved payment information is much faster than finding credit cards and typing in all the data. The automatic reminder to save passwords on my computer makes it easy to build the database. I must use LastPass at least a dozen times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only significant complaint about LastPass is the inability to easily save changed passwords on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a password manager it isn't necessarily solving a problem but LastPass creates such efficiencies it is well worth using for even basic functions.

It sometimes mistakes websites as apps (and vice versa) which doesn't allow it to use the quick fill.

Easy to manage passwork with autofill options

Password generator is great however if you happen to lose your master password, there would be no way to remember the passwords generated by the software.
