What do you like best about the product?
It's secure. That's about it, to be honest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky interface. Chrome extension constantly logging out. Sharing settings not intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Very ease to add passwords to access sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you have multiple accounts from the same party such as a Bank LastPass may not recognize which account you are choosing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many accounts it became unamangeable to remember all of our passwords. LastPass simplifies that process on desktop and / or Mobile. Also able to save imporant documents such a drivers licenses, medical insurance, passport, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Their tools work seamlessly across all of my devices, with no learning curve. I use lastpass between all of my devices, and feel safe when using this application as it prompts me to change passwords for anything that has been sitting too long, and keeps them stored for safe keeping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything! This app even prompts me for when an update is available!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple passwords, and preventing password duplication, and also helping me to use biometrics sign on for my phone (which is my primary device). Also, having extra security for my payment cards gives me additional peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about LastPass is that I can store all my passwords, and in fact generate novel passwords that can be saved for each unique login that I have. This helps not only keep me organized, but it helps me feel secure.
LastPass also monitors for data breaches and alerts me to any risks my information may be exposed to. I find this helpful and I am able to developed new logins in these cases with the help of LastPass again. I'm very happy with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. I'm very happy with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping a log of all my logins, providing complex passwords, and helping me stay organized without repeating passwords and causing my self increased risk exposures.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to be a paying user of LastPass. Now I urge you PLEASE dont use LastPass, PLEASE dont let friends or family use LastPass. For years I advocated fror friends and family to use LastPass. Now I regret it and have spent years apologizing for it.
if you are already using it STOP NOW - migrate off right away! then change all your passwords!

What do you dislike about the product?
They were breached. They hid that they were breached. Their so called "Secure vaults" are being decrypted by users that trusted them and sensitive actions being taken. Cryptocurrecny stolen and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of my passwords can be unique, it quickly signs me into my accounts, and as password updates are required, LastPass always offers new passwords, if I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes LastPass tries to fill in fields and it can get in the way of what I need to type in. This was confusing initially but now I'm used to it and can work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can store additional data about my accounts such as security question responses and account numbers. I also use Last Pass to store my social security numbers and credit card information.

Password generation tools allow you to customize generated passwords

It is expensive and they constantly have data breaches.

They aren't really helping with anything. I just feel kinda tethered to them.

What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes having secure passwords effortless. It helps me generate them, lets me have access to them across my devices, and lets me know when a breach has compromised any of them
What do you dislike about the product?
My passwords are now so random and long, that if I ever have to type them by hand instead of relying on LastPass I get annoyed...a good problem I supposed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer re-use passwords, or use passwords that might be easy to guess or too short. I also share passwords securely with colleagues for business accounts.

Very easy to integrate and use in my experience using its iOS app and chromium browser extension.

Handling of duplicate passwords not the best.

They automatically save any new logins as soon as I log into it once.

does not always update new passwords right away

Allowing me to store all of my login information for multiple accounts in one place where I know thet are safe. It allows me to update the passwords and suggests and saves passwords for more secre sites so I do not have to remember
