Easy to use and keep track of passwords, payment info and other secure details
What do you like best about the product?
The autofill, autogeneration of passwords, and autosaving when you create a new password.
What do you dislike about the product?
LastPass definitely works way better on my computer than on my iPhone—sometimes, I don't get the option to autofill or autosave a password on my phone, so that capability can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to use secure and strong passwords for all websites/apps/etc. I no longer use the same password for everything....
Stress Free & Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for storing sensitive information in one organized location. I like that you have the option to allow the full info to be viewed or to hide this info, yet you can still log in to various websites with ease. I would recommend it for anyone regardless if using for personal or business use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version of LastPass is not that great. I find it doesn't usually launch websites with user/pass that well, and I need to copy/paste the info in order to get it to actually work - which usually doesn't work that well if the client has chosen to not allow me to view this info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With multiple clients who may not feel comfortable sharing their user/pass to their websites over email/text, this is a great option to transfer sensitive info without fear of something malicious happening to their accounts.
Good password manager for both Desktop PC and Mobile Devices

Easy to organize all your passwords into groups

LastPass prompts to save password on every new site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LassPass does a great job of saving both individual passwords and team passwords and providing easy secure access on both mobile and desktop devices.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use on all browsers and accessible from mobile app. Very easy to get started. I use this daily multiple times a day. I find that it allows me to easily store a range of credential types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't easily copy over to mobile applications. I'd love to see more mobile integrations.

I am committed to using strong and unique passwords but needed a way to keep them accessible across my devices. This does a great job

What do you like best about the product?
As a family, we love that LastPass safety stores our passwords, so we don't have to worry about them getting into the wrong hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forget your master password, it's a challenge to get logged in to access your passwords .. which I know is the point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our passwords safe and secure! Plus, I love that LastPass creates a unique difficult password for your favorite sites if needed
It has been extremely helpful and efficient.

The time that Last Pass saves is huge, and I enjoy have the option for Last Pass to log me automatically into sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not really any down sides except having to remember you master password.

Last Pass saves me time and helps me be more secure by managing many diverse user names and passwords.

Great Protection
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to securely save my passwords. Easy to use across your devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy Last Pass and do not have any dislikes,

Remembers my passwords for me.
Support is not great
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of the Chrome Plugin and ability to share passwords across an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
You randomly get kicked out of LastPass and your password hint will disappear. It's almost impossible to get someone in customer support in a timely manner.

Keeping passwords secure while still being able to share across the organization.
