Easy to use on mobile and desktop
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, works on all platforms. Nice option for family plan and capability to share passwords with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doesn't keep you signed in so you have to remember your master password. So long as you remember that, no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping unique passwords for all logins. Checking to see safety score to allow removal of dupes.

I can never remeber all my passwords and now I can just remember one. Also it is a necessity when I work with multiple clients who have many programs each.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that LastPass is available on all platforms that I use or have access to so I can get logged into whatever account I need at any given time. I also love the security around the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice that on my devices I would not have to log into LastPass first before I can access my passwords. This feature is useful when using my personal computers rather than a guest or business computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass keeps me from having to remember over 100 different passwords.
Secure and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
As with most people, my need for secure passwords has grown almost as quickly as online scams! I've been using LastPass for 3 years now and find it an invaluable asset for both desktop and phone.
Great that it advises me of duplicates, which prompts me to change these paswords to something more secure. I'm almost proud to say that I don't know the majority of my passwords now, because they're all handled by LastPass.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, LastPass isn't as seamless on my Android phone and, on occasion, I have to enter my Master password several times during one transaction, despite knowing that I'm still logged on to LastPass.

Trying to remember several hundred passwords fr a multitude of applications.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in cybersecurity and use LastPass both personally and professionally and recommend it, especially to non-technical people, as a great, cross platform, product that helps you to create and track complex, unique, passwords that you can use on your desktop, mobile, and tablet with hardly any effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish LastPass had a SmartTV app so I coudl stop typing out passwords using the TV remote!

Helping me create, store, and use strong, unique, credentials.

I have it on my work laptop, personal laptop and my iphone. I am never without access to my passwords

The breach that occurred a few months ago, causing uncertainty in the product.

Superb PW Vault
What do you like best about the product?
Very easing to use and of the utmost reliability and love the access on multiple platforms. I have been a user of LP for 15+ years and would recommend the app to all.

Not one thing - 1000 satified with the Premium version

Very easy to use. Generating a secure password is so easy, it lets me know of any duplicate passwords, etc.

LastPass app on Kindle doesn't work (but I don't have the latest version of Kindle).

It's such a pain to think of secure passwords for all the sites. LastPass makes it so easy!
LastPass makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my life so much easier to have a password manager that works consistently across all my devices regardless of the OS. I can easily share what I need to with my husband or colleagues. It lets me know if a password has been overused or compromised. It is so easy to implement and integrate. I use it multiples times every day. I've never needed customer support because the few questions I have are easily found.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the rare occasion I have to re-enter my password instead of just facial ID, it slows me down. But I imagine that is the case with most similar products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have too many passwords that need to be unique and complex to remember. We need passwords for everything. I use my personal computer for work as well. So sometimes I have multiple logins to the same site. LastPass helps me keep track of logins across all my devices in every aspect of my life.
