What do you like best about the product?
Useful, easy to use, can be used in multiple devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Somepluging doesn't work seamesly in some devices or are slightly different

Keep secure my accounts being able to use MFA and secure passwords effortless
LastPass gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
The vault and the dashboard is intuitive. I like being able to share passwords with other members of the team. It is good for use within an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've run into a few glitches where the password is hidden and when I unhde it, it shows the correct password for half a second before changing it to some old password. I've found a workaround is to show the history and it works fine, but I can't figure out why that is happening.
Also sometimes the LastPass pop up for fields blocks the options that pop up from the site.

Having to share passwords across the organization.

Love the fact that they have web version and an App version of the product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish LastPass' platform was more integrade with other browsers like Brave and FireFox

centralizing all of our passwords into place and allowing us to search, add and update account as we go along.

How it autoloads and saves my pass words for everything

Nothing - LastPass is very efficent and easy to use

I don't have to think of new passwords or remember old ones. You can set the password requirements easily. My whole family uses it.

The autofill feature with Andriod can be buggy.

Password requirements are getting more and more strict. LastPass makes it easy to set up new ones and store the information for easy access.

What do you like best about the product?
Lastpass is pretty good password manager. Scalability is good and UI is ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their breach last year is concerning. Often confusing how to organize and govern passwords for end users in a business context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall it is a decent password manager. It has helped consolidate enterprise passwords and providing some level of governance over them.
Easy to use and well priced
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use with all my devices. Laptop, phone, tablet, web browser, I use it everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets the wrong web address so you have to pay attention to make sure the account is connected to the right site.

My devices are cross-platform so Lastpass helps me save passwords no matter where I am.

The extensions sometimes work a little too well even when you don't want them

Setting complex passwords to websites so I don't even know what they are. Decrypt and use them every day with only one password.
LastPass keeps getting worse with every update
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass provides very granular controls to customize your environment. When the browser plugin works, it is a very easy process for users to sign in, add, and manage passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since becoming a LastPass customer two year ago, our experience continues to get worse over time. The browser plugin consistently has issues now. Users need to sign in multiple times or clear their cache regularly for it to work. The timeout of the plugin rarely works properly and will either sign them out early or not timeout at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a Password Manager, we wanted a central place for users to store their credentials. Ease of use was very important for us since we planned to role this out to the entire company.
