Reliable, safe, and easy to use, even with mobile
What do you like best about the product?
I love that LastPass has be reliable. The very few times issues have come up in the past decade of my use, they have been trasparent about the issue. I feel my sensative data is secure. I also appreicate that their mobile experience is easy by making it quick for me access what I need when I'm away from my computer. I rely on LastPass daily and, without hesitation, I recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. I have my family and close friends using it and all of them love it too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LassPass provides me with a reliable and secure place for me to store my passwords and other secure information. I also use it for MFA needs. This solution gives me peace of mind and makes it easy to access the information I need no matter if I'm at my desktop computer or using my phone. I have relied on it daily for over a decade and have only positive experiences with it.
Great Password Management, but Needs Better Departmental Features
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass makes managing passwords incredibly easy and secure for individuals and teams. Its autofill feature saves time, and the ability to share passwords securely across the team is a game-changer. The interface is user-friendly, and the platform's security measures give us peace of mind. Overall, it's a reliable tool that helps keep everything organized and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
While LastPass is excellent for general password management, it lacks advanced features for managing departments within an organization. It would be highly beneficial to have a system where I, as a manager, could assign access levels to specific groups (e.g., Finance, Creative, Marketing, Interns) and manage passwords based on those levels through custom tags or rights. This would streamline team management and reduce the time spent updating permissions individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass solves the challenge of securely managing and sharing a high volume of client and internal passwords. It eliminates the risks associated with using unsecured methods like email or spreadsheets to share credentials. With LastPass, we ensure that all passwords are encrypted and accessible only to authorized team members. This not only enhances our data security but also streamlines workflows, saving time and reducing stress for our team. The centralized management ensures we stay compliant with data protection regulations and maintain our clients' trust.
The best password application EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
With only one Master Password to remember, LastPass stores, generates secure passwords and other data to keep us safe online. And it works everywhere and on my computers and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once, I couldn't use the iPhone App anymore. I told LastPass, and withn a few days the app was working on my old iPhone again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating secure and safe passwords and saving secure data only accessible by myself.
LastPass is the only Password Manager you will ever need
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LastPass is how easy it is to use and the number of features it includes. I was super easy to implement in our company. We use LastPass daily and we appreciate the great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to give some things I dislike about LastPass but there is nothing I do not like about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LastPass has solved the issue with having to remember several passwords for all of the different places you log into and it also gives a assesment of your passwords, how freaquent you use the same one and how secure they are. The benefits of that is we have more security and less issues with passwords being hacked.
LastPass for Bookkeeping
What do you like best about the product?
LastPass allows my team to have a SAFE, shared repository of login details for all clients. This means I can easily share passwords without worrying about security, as well as provides efficiencies when a password is updated. The Chrome extension also easily allows the option to generate secure passwords when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally, there are glitches with the copy/paste option within the Chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password sharing & Password safety - especially as we are dealing with sensitive client information.

Lastpass makes security and password storage easy. It is very easy to use and easy to integrate.

There are no downsides to using lastpass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lastpass solves the problem of having to manage many passwords without having to reuse passwords.
You can't live without this!!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Last Pass is a great password manager tool for a busy IT department or any department as a matter of fact. Have passwords all over the place? Have passwords on an unsecure spread sheet? Look no further. The nice part about Last Pass is it keeps track and updates the passwords as you go. I could not do my job without it. We also use secure notes and credit card storage for our corperate credit cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really no obvious downside to using Last Pass. I will say sometimes editing a secure note or a passwrd can be tricky especially if its shared by another person, which then forces your to recreate the entry so that you can edit it on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Last Pass solves many problems, especially if someone leaves the company, we can recover password vaults easily and reassign them to another person covering that role.
Great business tool but has it's issues
What do you like best about the product?
Great for sharing passwords and other data in a businesss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be buggy and it's become very expensive for business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password managers save a lot of time in a businesss environment and reduce the risk of different accounts being hacked. LastPass is very good at allowing you to share specific logins with the people or teams that need access.
Good Password Manager with room for improvement

I like the ability of LastPass to enable strong passwords for all the various work and personal accounts that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found its mobile app to be less that stellar.

HAving strong passwords is so important in this day and age, and would be impossible withough a password manager

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LastPass is its seamless integration and ease of use. It effortlessly fills in my login credentials across all my devices, saving me time and frustration. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to store, organize, and access my passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the biggest concern surrounding LastPass is its history of security incidents. In 2022, LastPass suffered a significant data breach where hackers gained access to encrypted user vault data. Although the data was encrypted, the incident raised serious concerns about the platform's overall security and trustworthiness. This has led many users to seek alternative password managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In today's digital world, we have accounts on numerous websites and services, each ideally requiring a unique and strong password. Remembering all these passwords is practically impossible for most people.
