Excellent service but worried about its future
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to have a solid service across multiple devices users, and sharing with groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is not competitive enough as there are a lot of free altnatives out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing strong passwords safely among teams.
Wroks great. Does everything I need
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me create and remember excellent strong passwords. I use it constantly on mulitple platforms and it is easy to get up and running with it quickly. Works with most logins and I use it to remember tons of private and important data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It recognizes most websites but occasionally a site doesn't work smoothly with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only know one password (for lastpass) and all my other ones are stored securely and available when I want them.
Simple for all Users
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the product works. I enjoy how when my password changes LP is smart enough to ask if I want to update my current password. It's easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had one auto-fill issue that was easily fixed by support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in multiple client tenants and LP is the easiest and fastest way for me to save the many links, logins and passwords for my job.
A password app that works really well

Easy to use and the price is just fine for the product

Doesn't always react automatically when filling out personal details

What do you like best about the product?
Installation was a breeze between multiple browsers and multiple devices. The user interface was also great and consistent between them. Other than keeping passwords, I use it to generate new passwords, too. There is a feature of form-filling, but I don't use them really, relying on browser instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The incident that occurred in 2022 was not handled very well.

Keeping tab of numerous passwords, generating strong passwords, and ease of signing in.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly tool for managing all passwords securely and reliable as it has a strong integration process which really enhances working and convenience for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is highly effective but pricing is high and i would recommend to make the price cost-effective.

It's one click autofill features is stands out and securely manage all passwords. It has the ability of sharing credentials which has a multifactor authentication and keeps our data secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using LastPass for several years to manage both personal and staff passwords. Its password generation and storage capabilities have consistently delivered a great experience. The platform is intuitive and works seamlessly across devices. Additionally, the 2FA functionality provides a robust layer of security, which I greatly value. The business edition’s inclusion of token generation functionality is another standout feature that sets it apart from other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app is helpful but somewhat limited due to Android OS restrictions and older grandfathered features.

LastPass has streamlined password management for both personal and professional use. It eliminates the need to remember or manually manage complex passwords, significantly enhancing security across our accounts. For our team, LastPass simplifies sharing credentials securely and ensures compliance with password policies. The 2FA integration and business edition’s token generation functionality add extra layers of security, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. Overall, it saves time, boosts productivity, and provides peace of mind by keeping our data safe and organized.
A time tested trusted password manager
What do you like best about the product?
It works, and it does not interfere with using my online or desktop software. It seamless provides access to my separate and business accounts and allows me to store secure notes, WiFi passwords and payment information. it is easy to install and add new users. Customer support is timely, and I use LastPass ever day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often the pop up windows block an input field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Last Pass allows me to create many different and complex passwords and keep them accessible on my phone, computer, or tablet, all in one place.
Reliable, safe, and easy to use, even with mobile
What do you like best about the product?
I love that LastPass has be reliable. The very few times issues have come up in the past decade of my use, they have been trasparent about the issue. I feel my sensative data is secure. I also appreicate that their mobile experience is easy by making it quick for me access what I need when I'm away from my computer. I rely on LastPass daily and, without hesitation, I recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. I have my family and close friends using it and all of them love it too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LassPass provides me with a reliable and secure place for me to store my passwords and other secure information. I also use it for MFA needs. This solution gives me peace of mind and makes it easy to access the information I need no matter if I'm at my desktop computer or using my phone. I have relied on it daily for over a decade and have only positive experiences with it.
