I love this thing
What do you like best about the product?
It's not of, but the actual best password manager i've used because i used Microsoft Authenticator, iCloud password manager and Chrome but this... this is so damn good I can't even describe it

I think they should make dark mode on desktop

Effective password management software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use - Install and it remembers passwords, suggests complex ones, can be used across devices via signin.
Easy to implement - See above, at least on a small scale (1-5 people).
Used Frequently - Once you figure it out, it becomes a necessity.
Customer support - Nobody to support in my environment N/A. Never needed to contact LastPass Support.
Number of features - It only needs to do one thing well, which it does.

2022-2023 security breaches - Multiple recent security breaches for security software is a valid concern.
Clean record in 2024 is an optimistic outlook. Hopefully they can continue this trend and restore user trust.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lastpass eases the human issue of remembering strong passwords. It is necessary for corporate security to use 12+ character passwords with multiple lowercase, capitals, numbers, and symbols in an order that doesnt resemble simple words. It is also a large ask of humans to remember these complex passwords. LastPass takes away the human strain allowing people to get to work faster.

Ease of use, universality of access, especially as it operates over many firewalls

Well I would not like to see increase in price, the huge customer base should ensure competitiveness

Solid Password Manager with a Lot of Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to tag passwords, creating roles within the app for access, the mobile and browser plug-in and the different methods of setting up MFA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is not ideal, but they charge more since they are one of the better enterprise solutions. Alos, the transparency of their compromise has knocked a lot of luster off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that it's solving is managing the different passwords we have for the things we need to log into.
Easy-to-use program/app for remembering just about anything.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used LastPass for several years to keep track of just about anything I need to remember. In addition to my passwords, I have used it to remember answers to recovery questions, insurance info, and notes for just about anything. I like logging in with biometrics and the ease of logging into websites directly from the app on my phone or the program on the computer. I like that I can use it across multiple computers and on my phone. I also use the program to keep track of my parents' information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides. I have found it easy to use and it fits my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The older I get the harder it is to remember my passwords. LastPass does exactly what it says it does and helps me set complex passwords and be able to retrieve them when needed.
Makes getting old less stressful!
What do you like best about the product?
Lastpass is a great tool to help streamline security and makes recallimg passwords so much easier. I am able to take it with me where ever I go, from home, work, school, camping, vacation.. you name it, lastpass has me covered. Best of all its extremely affordable and user friendly. I have been using lastpass for close to 10 years and I do not see myself changing to anything else. Love the Lastpass!

I actually have zero features that I dislike. Its honestly super easy to use and i feel secure knowing my passwords are safe!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it remembers all my passwords. These days you can have upwords of 50+ passwords to remember. Lastpass makes it easy.

Password management including sharing within the team.
Incredible for volunteer organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my non-profit organization can share access via a business account. We have security and piece of mind to safely and easily keep our accounts secure even though our team is scattered throughout multiple regions and time zones.
I also love that this was easy to set up and implement for a number of NON-TECHNICAL users. If they need access to a given account/password, we can quickly move that username/password to a shared folder for them. This was extremely easy to integrate to our workflow.
I'm also a huge fan of the password generator, which immediately adds the suggested password to my vault when I update a password or create a new count.
Finally, the ability to share (and quickly update) a stored credit card number for business use is something that I love. I use it at least once a week, and it was super easy for our staff to update the CC number when a new card was received without having to reach out to a number of volunteers (again, across the country) that all need to have access to the card number on demand.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything I dislike yet. We haven't yet had an issue where someone's shared access needs revoked and their access immediately deleted. That could be a potential pain point, but I'm not entirely sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that LastPass solves for us is sharing multiple accounts and passwords (for things like our company zoom account or social media logins) for several people across the nation. This is extremely convenient and WAY more secure than a google doc or some other less secure solution.
